It's quite cool they used the unused Citadel Explosion from EP2 for this scripted scene. Although however, they could've at least place the clouds further on the top of the Citadel to make it look better. But aside from that, good job on the mod developers decided to add new things
Yeah, you can also notice the FX for the transmission going out (and that small implosion right before the explosion begins at 0:56 ) are still heighted to the height of the old 2D citadel texture instead of being adjusted for the taller 3d model.
Holy shit, they went all-out on that! That's fucking awesome! When I first played Ep. 1, I was a bit disappointed that we didn't at least see the Citadel fall over, and instead we just got a growing light at the base. But now, its been amped up past 11, to 5 million, with the entire Citadel literally being blown to pieces!
That animation was originaly meant to be used in ep2, in a cut chapter that started on the train and just replayed the last 3min of ep1, but without the screen blacking out, so you saw the citadel get blown up. The models for this are still in ep2 files

It's great but it looks like it destroy only the outside of the debris and it seems the debris is empty from the inside, because you know the inside Citadel is full major of debris and other combine stuff, i prefer Interloper island is the best majority explode in Black Mesa rather than this
i think the reason on why the citadel is so fucking huge is because valve probably couldn't make the citadel's size perfect for the explosion, so they made it a bit big, probably due to weird physics with the debris of the citadel but i may be wrong
Pretty good mod but i have 1 big problem and thats the bullets there errors noclick tell me what fixes the rror bullet problem is there and bullet option?
