Dont deter from the real problems, pensioners tax, smoking, £860000 house cap
What a pity Lady S has deprived the media of the opportunity of callng her shabby, as they (not you) did with M Foot`s non-duffel coat at the Cenotaph. Still, at least they can blame Sir K for not solving all UK problems In less than The Trusspot`s 49 days. Outrageous.
During my working life, I was SEO of a Multinational. Many times gifts were delivered to my office or even worse my private address! I'm now retired sat in the sun every day and remember regually how, my partner and I refused to accept any gifts how ever small.
Lord Christopher hasn't been seen in the Lords for 3 years according to the ever reliable Wikipedia. He's also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts - wonder if he tops their age rank too?
Incredible the first photo of the current millionaire in number ten smiling when he speaks to the masses looks very glum

I suppose we have to compare back handers and scandals, but Labour needs to be better.
Sorry, but the Tories are bigger bunch of C..... than Labour?
There's a name for women who have their clothes bought by men who are not their husbands...

South African BBQ is unacceptable. It's a Braai 😂
You have to have 3 legged cast iron pots over fires staying warm, loaded up with pap ( mieliepap maize meal staple of diet similar texture to Southern USA states grits), grilled sausages, lamb and mutton chops , beefsteaks and maybe some game from the grills... plenty of Lager, Klipdrift, and homemade pear or other brandy from the local farms
Oliver Cromwell's family were on 30,000 quid a year so didn't need freebies. Not such a puritan when it came to cash apparantly!
He was one of poorest MP until he served and moved up iin the military. At 2000 for stay in Ireland. 4000 a year for win the battle Worcester. Plus land taken from te royalist. It was around 10,000 a year in 40s with much of that having to pay expense

I dread to think of the circumstances of this individual having any involvement in the decision not to charge Savile, when he was the head of the Crown Prosecution Service.
Starmer, like most political figures does not read the room, he is remote from reality.
I just became a Reform Member.
It's a GOOD MOVE😊
Good move from where! Deformed from reality 🎉
Graham Stuart re-paving his driveway in the expenses scandal, then using tax payers money to rip it back up when it became public knowledge.
Does Starmer have any notion of how much damage he is doing to the Labour party, government and leadership. Starmer should not be accepting any freebies. Freebies for politicians is disgusting and corrupt plain and simple.
Also paying 25% tax on income of over £600K. How was that aceived.
The price of one of those frocks was three months winter energy bills at a thermostat setting of 15 degrees.

Best dressed podcast of all time 😅
When did the last member of Spinal Tap lose his hereditary peerage?
The weird thing is , I have heard Labour activists telling us how millionaire, big business friendly , city banker types that run the Conservatives have no idea about the daily struggles of the workers. Their party leader is a titled, multi millionaire from a wealthy family. He had to make tough decisions to save money. Cut payments to pensioners or cut pay increases to his union backers.
Who owns the Jewish chronicle, Flatley refuses to answer... Lord of the dance is involved?
CLOTHES!!!
I cannot believe the leader of a 1st world country is having clothes bought for them by another adult who isn't a member of their family
It could be worse...Jeffrey Epstein could have bought him clothes.
In support of hereditory Peers, i rather like the idea of people with a fundamental investment in the country having an influence in Parliament. Appointment of Peers by politicians simply encourages cronyism and, potentially, corruption!
You can’t be serious 😂You honestly believe that a way to challenge cronyism would be to allow wealthy landowners - who obviously can’t possibly be prone to political bias nor have agenda of their own - to be able to vote on legislation? They represent absolutely nobody but themselves, for heaven’s sake 😂
I guess you're a Monarchist too?
Bribery is the word.
He certainly styled it out! ( terrible pun 😂)
As Leader of the Opposition it was (apparently) "necessary" for Starmer to have the corporate facilities at various football grounds. Meanwhile, The PM at the time ... Sunak ... sat on the (normal) terraces at Southampton.
Great opening 😂lol
Just found this on you tube. I've lived in Morocco for years and I miss my Private Eye.I think the Labour mob are doomed! The corruption here is minor compared to the UK!Don't need my winter fuel allowance it's never cold here!!!!
Always nice, a sunny muslim dictatorship that sits confortably in the bad half of any list of most corrupt countries, where the king can appoint judges and bypass the parliament in political decisions. Sounds lovely.
Just more subtle here !
Something I really mean is that this guy is worse than a Tory.
What even Tory Blair 😮
Those "small amounts" add up to well over 100,000

Thank you for the Photograph of the 2 Lovely Carbetbaggers.
Foot ,Benn etc whilst I didn't agree with their politics, they were men of principle and integrity.... today , 😢
If you accept a gift then you have some sort of obligation to the giver which can compromise you when making decisions, it also signals that you maybe open to a 'bribe'. There are so many reasons why Starmer's gift taking is so wrong when he has been critical if the tories for the same thing. Then difference between the Tories and Labour is scale.
