It hasn't been the best week... | DEPRESSION DIARIES No. 1

This is a more serious video than my last few.
I've been taking a break from recording anything, and from photography in general. Life just kind of hit me hard, and although it wasn't anything in particular, my depression has been getting to me lately.
I encourage anyone struggling with depression or any other mental health issues to talk with your doctor or a therapist if you are able. At the very least, tell someone you trust so they can find a way to help you.
You're not alone in this and I wanted to share how I'm dealing with my depression lately in a video diary format.
