First, very nice work and very good idea to chop it like this - many advantages indeed... i think it must be really frustrating for Leigh not to be there 😅 . I know I would've been.
Second, it's really scary to see all those cracks in the body. Of course, being a body on frame structure means they're not that critical, still, if they're in places like seats or seatbelt support it's scary. Good job at finding and patching them. I'm pretty sure driving those long distances over corrugated roads in Australia caused most of these...

Amazing video Stephie. So fascinating I didn't want it to end! Very brave of you and Leigh in your different ways to undertake this amazing transformation. I'm sure you couldn't wait to see and experience the finished product and I too am impatient to see that. I had to stop my Patreon contributions to you a little while ago because of my own financial pressures but will resume as soon as I can. I feel like a freeloader watching your progress via RUclips but thank you anyway for the opportunity to do so. By the way I used to live for a while in Solihull where Landrovers are built and have always felt proud of that small association with the much loved vehicles as well as having owned several examples of different models over time.

Brilliant progress and brave adventure on your part ( having your track rebuilt in a foreign country) ,but I hope it’s definitely worth it . Also it’s nice to see you’re enjoying my city and people treat you well here . Stay safe and best wishes

This blows me away. If you did this in Australia while you were there, it would be all CNC’ed parts, laser cut panels.
I hope you bump into @ItchyBoots while you tour Africa.
