I am new to having this and am curious to hear about successful recipes from others. Warning: do not put it in a dishwasher. It tarnished and lost its sheen. It was a make work project to restore it as best as I could!
I am pretty confident iori will claim to have had success at baking a wide variety of recipes, perhaps short of elaborate decorated cakes. Since the oven is made of aluminium, the metal will oxidize over time. Washing in water just accelerated this but it probably does not substantially effect performance.
That things cool always wanted one.
