    Great videos mate, quick tip.
    Take your ear plugs hands free and set up the phone on Video Pro, then select as sound slurce the bluetooth - bang, great sound easy.

    Just ride easy for 10 minutes and gradually increase your pace and do a minute or two out of the saddle. No need to waste your time with these exercises unless you're a racer and/or need to start your ride hard.

      I only do this exercise if im riding really early 430am lol, if I've been up for hours just ride 🚴🍺🚴
