Really enjoy your videos man! I’m building an sv650 to a similar spec to yours, so being able to watch you get around problems I come across with mine is super helpful!
Man looking cool I just got my first bike and licence ever at 42 better late than never so I've never driven or ridden but rode bmx all my life and would make my own builds but this is different and I'm trying to soak up as much as I can. I don't have much tools and no thothing about parts or names but I seem to be able to figure shit out wen I want it bad enough lol. I'm dyslexic and struggle alot with some things bur this is becoming a passion and because I got this 650 new I can't do to much to it until my warranty ends lol but I'm getting an akropovic installed tomorrow and I can't wait to hear it, my bike is mostly black and grey but my frame is like a silver goldy brown sort of steel look almost like a rose gold I guess and next I want to get a brown leather truck roll seat then sort out the girls numberplate thing hanging off the bak under bak light and then instead of a plastic front wheel cover I want to get a steel one or something stronger so I can mount a small bag for a few tools. My plan is to rife right around Australia one day or atleast do a ton of sight seeing and just watching your vid inspired me more to go for the look I want, I'm short for $$ and it might take a Lil time but it's about tge build and connecting with the bike and road. Thanks for all Ur input it's really helpful..
Loving this build ive got the same model sv650 that i havent ridden for 6 months. Iam going to start tearing mine apart after xmas and do something similar
I really want that style seat/subframe on my SV. If I were you, I would paint it like an olive green color. I think it would look mean as hell on that bike.
Benji really inspiring video, I know nothing about mechanic skills / building.. I've been struggling with an sv650 sport for years and not been able to convert it into naked. any quick advice on handle bar type to get and raisers ? headlight ? cool program you guys got there, wish there was something like it around where I live
Thanks Jan! Handle bar type would depend a bit on what you are looking for mostly for height and width. There are a few useful threads about options on the SV forums. Best of luck with your conversion
I love your videos but please change the jazz hop beats, on mute but I want to hear when you talk about what you did. just a suggestion, Love every thing else.
Aaaand you just inspired me to customise my own sv into a scrambler
Great video mate. I love how you just make whatever you want! Solid 👊🏼
Great video, thanks for sharing. I’m installing new handle bars on my 08 Sv and need to get longer cables.
Your production quality always amazes me, would watch even if it was just a go pro strapped to your chest, but this is wayyy better lol
Cool videos mate, these are really relaxing to watch. Keep em coming!
Thank you!

Wow, such a thorough project! Great video man! Also, handle bar is life man!!
Such a great project! Keep it up!
Very professional, and awesome result so far👍🏻
Another sick video dude!
Thank you!
I have those same Shinko tires on a Kawasaki ZR-7 I fixed up earlier this year. They work good on the street and on gravel.

great quality vids. I love these type of videos :)
Bro when is episode 7 coming? Nice build and nice video making . Really enjoyed it. You should go on another build after this one.
Thank you! More builds in the works, hopefully episode 7 soon!
do you happen to know which bars you used? Love the build!
Not sure which ones they are sorry, something off a triumph
What's the size of the clip-on handlebars bro? Looks awesome.
The clip ons were just the stock SV ones I think, sorry not sure what size
A very serious question, seeing as youve already did the R&D anyway you'd be able to make another subframe and if so how much?
+1 I also would be really interested as I'm working on the EXACT same project ! Cheers from France !
Yes, I am currently producing another version that I can make multiple of, will keep you posted in the upcoming videos

What is that headlight? Looks wild!
Thanks you! Works very well
What size tire did you put in the back ? Thanks
I think 170/50 if I remember right
Would look nice with a DIFFERENT tank 😎
Whats the tire size?
What size is the rear tire
170/60/17 iirc
