Blueberry Basque Cheesecake Recipe | Super Creamy | Shiren’s Cuisine

1/2 Cup Blueberries
140g White Chocolate
Purple Food Colouring
300g Cream Cheese
90g Sugar
100g Whole Eggs (2)
20g Egg Yolk (1)
165g Whipping Cream
10g Cornstarch
Bake in preheated oven at 450F for 20-25 minutes
Let it cool down for 15 minutes then place in the fridge for 4 hours
