Fair play to ye lads for getting the ball rolling on mental health issues. I myself have had struggles with metal health issues down the years, but thankfully I have been able to get through it, with the help of my family and some great friends and the health professionals, to whom I'm forever grateful ❤️ My advice to anyone struggling is just to reach out to someone you trust, and also to be truthful to your friends/family if they ask are you ok ? As the saying goes ' This too shall pass'. Talk it out lads, talk it out..
Brilliant video! Need more stuff like this on the Internet it’s very important and inspiring
So honest, so good . Fair play to the lads.
Honest and real. Extremely important to normalise speaking about our mental health. Well done lads!
Wonder if this was filmed before or after the county final? 😄 as a Mayo man, great to listen to these 2 inspiring guys talk about something that rural Ireland is continually getting better at!
Keegan is a legend
We've come along way talking about our feelings fears anxiety health etc. Keep it going it's OK not to feel OK it OK to ask for help. Take a minute to look at yourself.
When you step onto the pitch all worries and mental health disappears for a hour or so.
Less planting stones an more of winning sam!!
💯👏
Two savage players.
