Beautiful knife, and such a classic. That was THE knife to carry when I was in high school in the late 70’s. Carried at school and nobody called the cops and no knife fights occurred.
Yea I remember in high school we all had Buck knives on our belts and rifles in the back windows of our trucks! No one ever got shot because we all knew that our parents would kill us !
That was a strong intro 💪 that Buck is friggin gorgeous man!! I love their drop point blades. I do prefer the 112 unlike most but i love them both. That sheath looks great and that African ebony wood is insanely gorgeous, with the nickel silver too 👌. Gorgeous stuff. Thanks for sharing it Andrew.
They are very cool. Ryan. I thought everybody preferred the 112. I prefer the 110 everybody's different. I prefer the clip point over the drop point, but that draw point is super Stout for prying with a knife that you shouldn't do anyways. LOL there's a buck for everyone.
Excellent bundle box Mr B! Knife, hat, crappie gloves. (crappie not crappy! 🤣) And that’s a beautiful knife. You scored brother! Happy Friday! Cheers, RW
I've got the buck 110 nickel silver bolsters, s30v , but it's got black g10 scales instead of wood. Most of my knives are for show and tell, but the buck 110 is my everyday carry workhorse. It endures HEAVY use. Been carrying it for years. The s30v is phenomenal. Holds an edge like nothing I've seen. The blade is down to a sliver now, I'll be trying to get it replaced soon. Very legit knife if you want a tough as nails user.
That is a nice piece! You will be just fine with S30V, it is good stuff. Unless Buck runs Magnacut hard around 63-64 S30V is going to hold an edge as well or slightly better. I have a 112 in Magnacut. One of these days I'll have to do a cut test and see how it holds up compared to a known hard Magnacut.
Very good info here Ken! I want to try Magna cut but have heard the same thing. Also S45VN is it that much better? Would love to see a cut test video or scientific perspective on these steels! Thank you for checking it out! Hope your summer is going well my friend.
Oooh…that’s pretty! Love the wood. Regarding the suede sheath, I love those; I’ve found them to be less likely to scratch those handsome bolsters. A Buck hat? Baxter, have we finally flipped you from the dark side (CASE)?😆 I know, not likely, but I try. Enjoy!!
I love these sheaths they are awesome and you are right they scratch less. I have not strayed from case! I just go through phases between buck and case . Case knives doesn't have anything new that I really want now except a Barlow that I will wait on.
Nice addition to the 110 line up! Love the colours in the ebony, very different from the dark pieces they use from the partnership with Taylor guitars. I think my 110 total is at 13. No end in sight!👍
Way cool Tiger, love the Buck 110 (currently have 7 with one on the way) and 112 (currently have 6). I looked on their website but could not find anything about the Buck Collectors Club, how does a hungry panther get hooked up with the discount you mentioned? Half priced Buck knives will feed the beast for sure! Enjoy your week end brother!
Very cool. You have more 112s than me and we're about the same on 110s. Look up BCCI or Buck collector club. It's a separate entity from the buck website. It's about $25 a year. Then when you do that you got to read all the fine print to figure out how to log your information into your account at the buck website. Very confusing but apparently it worked. I'm ordering knives for all my buddies and more than I thought I would ever order. Just because when you can get a 120 in general in D2 and Coco bolo for $65? Give me a break. I'm in my happy place
They are very nice John and I have a custom 110 with finger grooves feels really nice. I tried my friends 112 with finger grooves also nice but I do not have one.

Handsome piece for sure! “Money in the Bank” I always say.
For sure Robert! Thank you!!
I'm digging the drop point 112. A little pricey with the s30v, but I'm thinking of getting one anyway. Thanks for sharing today. Have a great weekend.
I had gotten mine with 20% off so that helped for sure. Its a cool 112!
The Ebony and the N/S are just stunning to my eye. I was able to nab one of those too. Just a few more 110s and you'll be in double digits!
Very cool Mo! At the rate im going will not take long!

@@BaxtersBlades For edge retention I rank them S30V then S45VN then S35VN. For toughness S30V comes in last of the three. S45VN would be first.
@@LastChanceKnives very interestimg Ken. Thanks for the info!
That wood is beautiful looking. I wonder if you can get the Buck 112 in that configuration? 🤔 thanks for showing off your new toys with us! 🤤🤤
They may have the 112 in this configuration if not yet soon.
A mohican really suits you Andrew, wonderful knife!
Thank you Elan!

Also you get special buck knife drops that nobody else can get. I've yet to see one that I wanted but I've only been a member for 6 months.
Do you like the finger groove models?
