Connor is slept on as a drummer. I’ve always been a fan of his powerhouse drumming and taste in fills. I can’t thank you enough for making a video to this!
You are magnificent in every way : playing, communicating speaking, demonstrating, teaching❤
What an awesome lesson. Perfectly scaffolded, super clear, easy to follow, perfect for anyone to work on and practice. Thanks Jeff!
oh yes, he is one of my absolut favourite drummer right now
I don’t know how I didn’t see this video sooner, but this is so cool! Thanks for using my solo for this, awesome to see the fills broken down by you!
Hope you’re well bud!
Drums sound incredible
Thanks for the lesson , this fills is so good 💯💯💯
This is awesome, Jeff. I’ve been struggling to come up with solo ideas and this is giving me a much clearer perspective on the whole question/answer approach
Yes thank you! This is what I need to work on. Appreciate the lesson!
Thanks a lot Jeff! I'm an advanced drummer technically, but my vocabulary is still very poor. Your videos have been very useful to me!
I been follow connor for years, one of my biggest inspiration in drums, thanks for this lesson! 🙏
love the notation with the lesson as always! any chance you could do a video on tuning (how you tune them) and drum heads? it’s a huge peeve for me
I'll add it to the list!
very well explained fills, I gotta learn these!
I love your lessons, so helpful and laid out and incredibly easy manner to learn from. Plus, you sound better all the time!!!!
Sounds great, Jeff (and Conor)! Makes me want to go practice!
Killer lesson Jeff, the last two fills are very tasty, especially the one with the ruff in it.
Love the sound of your drums, feels very natural. Great video. Keep them coming.
The drumming world thanks you!
is it possible for you to make a video of big rock crescendo fills? nothing on youtube covers this in depth. thank you
Great fills, thanks Jeff.
Great lesson Jeff!!!
Aaaaaaa !!! Ça m'avait manqué les vidéos pour apprendre les fills !!! j'adore merci !!
Awesome drummer subbed
Good work.
PS: I guess these days Ian Paice is old hat, and such as Andy Parker (UFO) or Dixie Lee (Welsh band Lone Star), or Lee Kerslake or Keith Moon
Great lesson! Very inspiring. Your drums sound killer too!
So rad man…great inspiration
Great lesson thanks
Good stuff brotha
Hell yeah!
i wish i use hi hat paddle like you ....
WOW!!!
Where did you get those groovy white drum dampeners??? 🙂
So powerful 6/6/4 my favorite is RLK LRK
Nice! A typical Dave Grohl / Taylor Hawkins Fill
Hi Jeff, what a name of those muffs on your toms?
Bueno vídeo
Is there an easy way to learn to read music? I see L R but how can I learn what line of the staff means what? How do you know what you are playing R on or L on? I only have a practice pad at this point, until I learn more. Do you have a tutorial on how to read music for beginner drummers? Your a great teacher, so I think I’d be able to learn it from a tutorial from you
Hi Julie! Unfortunately I don't have a video on reading music currently. I should definitely make one. I'd be happy to go over it with you in a one-on-one lesson in the meantime if you'd like. There are also plenty of tutorials on RUclips as well.
Until you get your lesson it’s not too hard If referring to drum notation music, for now know the lower the line the lower the pitch instrument. Bottom line is kick, one line up is floor Tom. Except the exception is a Stepped not stick hi hat note is underneath the kick line.
❤❤🤟🤟
One of my drums is small and doesn't have this deeper sound.
I hate double kick...
