[Ingredients]
7 chinese cabbage, 300g thick salt, 1.5L water
70g scallion, 1/4 radish, 2 red chili pepper
[Stock]
2L water, 3 dried kelp, 1 green onion
4 hot pepper
[Seasoning]
120g garlic, 7g ginger, 1/2 pear, 1/2 onion, 200ml water
2tbsp salt, 100ml plum syrup, 1tsp saccharin, 1tbsp salted shrimp
glutinous paste(1tbsp glutinuos rice powder, 100ml water)
