This is a very good video. Can this be used in reverse order to improve convergence insufficiency? We will do it only with the advice of our DO, but was curious to know

for convergence, base out lifesaver cards (opaque) are used and a slightly different exercise including placement of pencil

Yes, you would bring the pencil in FRONT of the Lifesaver card to converge.
