Learning to use the aperture rule in itself will not really solve anything you are looking to resolve, and the lack of knowledge on how to use it already suggests the lack of the requisite knowledge of solving the problems that require the use of the rule to begin with. 2. Secondly, attempting to treat yourself could only make things worse and we have seen this time and again in our clinic. This even happens to be the case with people who get treatment from less experienced clinics and so should be expected for individuals with only limited training and information. 3. As is the case with our patients. You will likely need other tests, exams and treatment interventions beyond the use of this tool. Therefore, to give you what you ask for would not be the most beneficial thing to do. So, you may try a google search, but we highly recommend seeking a professional to help you with whatever you are trying to resolve.
