Klipsch is definitely upping their game over the past few years. Been itching to upgrade some old Energy speakers I own. These look like a possibility for sure!
Yes they are! Thanks for watching.
Classic Klipsch sound, now even better- wow!
Thanks for watching!
These are probably a steal - really impressed by the inclusion of an atmos speaker into the cabinet. They are so big.
We are happy to see the atmos speaker inclusion as well. Thanks for watching.
Looking forward to hearing these new RP II series speakers. The RP600 bookshelf speakers are legendary.
They sound great! Thanks for watching
Legendary in price rising!!! 549€ to 799€ per pair
Your presentation is very detailed and clear to understand. I have a question about the two surround speakers you showed in particular the 502s and the 600Ms. I am putting together a 7.2 with 2 RP-8000F II's, the RP504C II and two RP-1400SWs. Which surrounds would go better with this set up? Thanks in advance.
Thank you. Please reach out to our team at www.audioadvice.com to discuss your system in more detail. Thanks for watching
I have the RP-8000F II set along with a pair of the RP-500SA II but only have the RP-404C I need the RP-404C II and will get that next. I love the RP-8000F II over my now surround rears, the R-620F. The sound difference is night and day with having them with true bi-amp. With that being said this video is awesome! Super informative on every aspect of the RP speaker lineup. If I did not have some of them this video would have me placing an order right now! Thanks, Audio Advice!
Wow, great setup! Thanks for watching and we're glad you enjoyed :)
Andrew Robinson praised the RP-600M II's in his recent review. Worth a view after this video.
I love Klipsch 👍🏻
Thanks for watching!
Klipsch is at a great price point and value with this line. If you want better towers than the RP-8000F, there's the Polk R700's for $200 more each (widely viewed as a very good value).
Great input! Thanks for watching.
Hi , i need a clarification.im planning to buy two speakers and a subwoofer for music listening..now I'm using jbl PB100 for music and jbl cinema 350 for movies(both with in built amplifier). To which speakers I can upgrade to..Will i need an amplifier...In India Klipsch are not that economic ..so kindly suggest me some Klipsch for my purpose..and what kind of amplifier should I need...
I love Jbl just for their convenience and low frequency tuning....but quality is inferior fir this inbuilt amplified and battery powered ones ..
These are beautiful and the new look gives them a bit of a more high end look IMO.
We totally agree! Thanks for watching.
Love the Atmos speakers being included here. Looks like a giant leap forward into the future with these.
We couldn't agree more. Thanks for watching.
Up-firing "bouncy" speakers are nothing but a compromise for those who can't do in-ceilings. And your ceilings really need to be
Bouncing the sound up is not atmos and it's one way of wasting money.
Thanks for the review. My current is 5.1.2 uses rp-8000f as the front. what’s a simple way to make some improvement? Is it possible to simply add two atmos speakers on top of (and connect to) the two rp-8000f speakers without upgrading the receiver? The receiver supports up to 7.2 channels.
Please reach out to our team at www.audioadvice.com for the best advice. We can't tell from here what receiver you have or the config of your existing speakers to give a good answer, but it is not a good idea just to run another speaker in parallel with an existing one. Thanks for watching
They look incredible. :)
They did a great job with the entire line! Thanks for watching!
Thank you for the video- if I didn't use the surrounds that have the two firing points, what would you recommend from Klipsch for a straight firing surround speaker? (two surrounds, and two rear surrounds) The 500M and 600M I thought might be a little large on the wall.
The 500M and 600M would be great options but will need to be placed on speaker stands and not mounted to the wall. The RP-500SA II is an on wall option that could be used for surrounds and rears that are straight firing. Feel free to chat with one of our experts at audioadvice.com if you need help putting together a package. Thanks for watching!
@@AudioAdvice Thanks so much
I LOVE the RP-6000F II's for music and movies. If I had more space, I'd get the RP-8060FA's. I would have loved a RP-6060FA or something with the Atmos built-in, but the 8000's are a bit big for me.
Thanks for sharing!
I was looking to buy latest klipsch reference premiere series speakers for our new home theatre setup. But then a speaker dealer told me that klipsch will sound too harsh and in the long run will create fatigue and even hearing loss, because of the horn tweeters. I know that there has been criticism of the harshness of klipsch speakers, but then in a forum i found that starting from the reference premiere line of speakers, they have been refined to the point that there is almost no harshness unlike their earlier series. And since now there is already the second iteration of the RP series available, would you suggest me to confidentially go with RP line of speakers without worrying of the harshness issue?
You are exactly right. You should just purchase a stereo pair to start with from a reputable dealer, like Audio Advice, who has a good return policy in case you don't like their sound. Thanks for watching
Those are beautiful speakers. Looking at my ELAC Debut's , I want to upgrade, but these sound so goooooooooda! 👌 Wondering how they separate the Atmos channel thru the front connection?
Yes they are! The atmos connections at the top connection come back out at separate binding posts at the bottom of the cabinet in the back.
Yeah considering the same thing, but the debut sound so good. Plus got to find a wag to route and addition channel to both fronts
Question: If I want to use those bookshelf speakers as surround sound, what stand can I use for them? The usual stands that are used are the ones that can't be moved up or down. I need something secure and that can be height adjusted.
Sorry, we do not know of a stand that is secure and has adjustable height. Most of the nice stands for bookshelf speakers are fixed in height. Thanks for watching
I currently use the Rockville 36" speaker stands. Speakers sit on stands. Stands are not adjustable tho
What is the brand of the tv stand in the video? So far, I have not been able to find a tv console fit rp504c. Any suggestions are more than welcome. Please advise

Great video as always. Wondering between RP 8000F ii vs Kef 950...which one to go. Thoughts?
Thank you! Please reach out to our team at www.audio advice.com to discuss those two options.
One thing is real, they know how to do a phenomenal design in a product that is historically a big and ugly piece. Those speakers are really beautiful indeed.
They sure are. Thanks for watching!
Learned my lesson with Paradigm premier bookshelves, darned things burned my ears and gave me a headache, bought Wharfedale Denton 80s and they are nice and warm.... Bright speakers are nice for HT.
You got that right! Thanks for watching 😃
Some nice performance improvements, and they look great!
We agree! Thanks for watching.
Any recommendations for which AVR to use with the RP II? How does one go about determining this
Chat or call our experts at audioadvice.com and they can help you choose the best one for you!
Would you recommend the RP-8000f (mark I) or the RP-600M II + Subwoofer? (The prices are similar right now) The use would be mainly music 60% music - 40% movies, I listen mainly to electronic music, and my room is around 4x4 meters.
For EDM, we would maybe lean towards the RP-600M II + Subwoofer option between the two. However, every situation is unique, so for the best answer that meets all of your needs, if you go to www.audioadvice.com you can chat or call our team and we would be happy to review your specific situation, your room, and give you the best advice possible.
@@AudioAdvice Thank you!
Hi. From your Experience what would be a good much for Center speaker and the sourround for the rf82ii. Cause i found a good used pair and i dont know what tp match.my concern is the horn difference
This would be a good match and is on a great Black Friday sale today www.audioadvice.com/home-audio/speakers/center-channel-speakers/klipsch-rp-504c-ii-center-channel-speaker
Yeah.tjhisnisnwhat i was thinking. But the guy mentioned the speakers were rf82ii but turns out they are the original ones so i am going to pass on them. Saving money maybe for the rp8000f
I saw a pair of RP-600M's on a beautiful stand at 8:04. Can you tell me what that stand is? Manufacture ? Part number?
www.audioadvice.com/home-audio/speakers/speaker-stands/bowers-wilkins-stav24-s2-speaker-stand
They are really beautiful in person. Thanks for watching!
Hi, the centre speaker place under the tv console. Won’t affect the sound?
Good question! If your model is rear ported then we suggest placing it on top of a cabinet. If it is a sealed design then placing in a cabinet like shown is fine. Thanks for watching!
@@AudioAdvice Okay. Many thanks for your advice. :)
@@AudioAdvice Hi, I have a question how about side ported? On both side of the speaker.
Will there be a noticeable difference between this updated series and the current one?
There are many great improvements and if you are in the market for an upgrade, it is worthy. If you enjoy your sound already, maybe not. Thanks for watching!
Got a Elac Debut F6 5.1 setup. Wondering if it’s worth the changing to complete klipsch 5.1.2 or just swap out my fronts for the 800 with built in up firing atmos.
Those are two very different sounding systems. You could just add these to your existing Elac system www.audioadvice.com/elac-debut-a4-2-4-dolby-atmos-add-on-speakers-pair-black
@@AudioAdvice thank you. I have looked at those since my comment. I have also been led to a lot of atmos reviews that say it’s kind meh and only really worth it if you are ceiling mounting
@@TomTheSurgen1 It can work well if you have a flat ceiling and can do a drawing to see where the bounced sound will land and sit in that vicinity, but the elevation speakers are not as good as actual overhead Atmos speakers.
@@AudioAdvice yeah it’s flat but prob 15-16 feet from towers to listening position
@@TomTheSurgen1 Probably too far unless its very tall
All I really wanted to know is if they actually sound different , or better than the previous model. Swapping the entire system out for it to hardly have much noticeable change is my concern
There are some improvements but if you already have a complete system with last years RP, we don't see that you need to change. Thanks for watching
Do these come in a gloss black like the last model? I love me some gloss black ❤️
As of now, no they do not. Thanks for watching!
@@AudioAdvice thanks for letting me know! Love you guys!!
Was the crossover network redesigned for the RP-8000F II? (Perhaps a 2.5 way network now.)
Great question, we asked them about that since they could have but it remains a 2 way. Thanks for watching
@@AudioAdvice That is disappointing. Thank you for the response.
Will the rp500sa sound amazing if use as a side & rear suround and also 4 of that as atmos to compliment the rp8000f ii
Chat with our experts at audioadvice.com and they can help you determine what is best. Thanks!
My RP-500SA are wall mounted above the front floorstanding speakers and Klipsch directed me to set them to "surround" mode not "Atmos". They claim the "Atmos" mode is only for placing the speakers right on top of the floorstaning speajes.
They are correct. There is a switch on the speaker that allows you to select "atmos" mode designed for up firing the sound to bounce off the ceiling and "surround" mode that is made for speakers that are up on the walls. this switch changes the dispersion and tone of the speaker. if you are using them up on the walls, firing down at your seating, then set them to surround mode. and set them in your AVR as front atmos speakers.
Are you guys going to bring out some New THX Certified Speakers any time soon? Mahalo for the Video!!🤙🏼
Glad you enjoyed the video, that will be up to Klipsch on the new THX speakers, we have not heard anything about them yet.
Any new home theater install video coming soon?
Watch for a very cool combination 2 channel/media room coming tomorrow! Thanks for watching
Hi i would like advice on purchase for a small home. Would you recommend Klipsch cinema 400 or Sonos Playbar?
They both have their advantages. We recommend calling or chatting with one of our experts at audioadvice.com and they will help you choose which is best for your situation. Thanks for watching!
OK... so the RP is "improved" over the R. But... how much? The prices, when factoring in sales, are about double for the RP. Is it worth it?
There are some good deals on the old R gear right now. Its up to you whether you want the latest of a good deal.
I am Klipsch fan and I have a full clip 7.1 system however Klipsch uses really cheap crossover parts, the cheapest money can buy
Not sure if this is worth 50% more cost to upgrade from the original RP8000fs 🤔
They definitely have some great improvements but if you enjoy the sound you have now, then you may be right. Thanks for watching!
still rocking kg 5.5
Love to hear it! Thanks for watching!
I must admit I made a mistake by buying a Polk Audio ES20 and a pair of ES10 for surround. I don't think the Polk is worth the money I paid for them. That's why I just ordered a pair of the Klipsch Reference Premiere RP-600M II Bookshelf Speakers. I didn't like the walnut color. I chose the ebony.
Nice! We hope you enjoy!
It's bad if you just bought the now old RP 8000f and RP 504c a month ago for 700€ a piece, never thought that they resort to such cheep tricks like this, the large respectable klipsch powerhouse
I know they look better braced
Rp 600 vs 5000 for 15m2?
Not sure what you mean?
@@AudioAdvice My room is 3 and 4 meters size, vich speakers is better?
@@TheMrborisovich much more bass in the 5000.

Iam the 1000 th liker
Congrats!
Love how people say their amazed at the new look when it's 99% the same look as before. Hope they don't sound like before with piercing banshee horns.
For those thinking the integrated top speakers is atmos it's a waste of good money get the atmos version and install on the ceiling for real atmos sound.
Really hope they made them more neutral because klipsch is extremely high pitched so if your ears are sound sensitive klipsch will give you headaches.
If you like your ears to be sliced and diced, definitely go with standard Klipsch horn-loaded titanium tweeters.
You might want to give them another listen, they are not like they were a decade ago. Thanks for watching
@@AudioAdvice They still have a measurable bump in the higher frequency region and could still be considered bright speakers based on Klippel analyzer data. Not everyone's cup of tea. They are also nowhere near the sensitivity rating listed in the Klipsch spec sheet. FYI
Still doing MTM for center channels... Premiere my ass.
When i hit the lottery jackpot i will whale on home theater
We will be here for you!
This isn’t a review. You are just reading from the brochure
Thanks for the feedback. We will take this into consideration for future videos.
Someone already afford that speakers?
Who wants to be discreet with that spun copper!
Haha Yes! Glad you liked our video
I prefer Dayton speakers to Klipsch. Klipsch metal tweeters have always been too fatiguing and cheap sounding imo.
Fair enough - thanks for watching!
Wish they could put as much effort into their crossover as they do with the cabinet look! Not buying this anymore!
We really liked the redesign and the sound. Thanks for watching!
Skip Klipsh people... its big box store speaker... not audiophile quality.
Is it not good?
