I love your explanations.. You make everything easy to understand. I'm currently on your GI series and I'm loving it. Thanks alot Cathy. Be blessed. Much love from Kenya 😄
Probably 1 on the best videos on YT. U have made such an easy link, comparison between appendicitis and peritonitis as well as discussing the key signs about both conditions. U have definitely made learning fun. I wish I had a teacher like u in med school. This is honestly one of the best brief/concise lectures ever and great quiz at the end for active recall. Wish u all the success in all your future endeavors. I am now definitely your life long fan from Pakistan.
Thank you for taking the time to write this incredibly kind comment! We work super hard to make comprehensive but short videos that help everyone understand the key nursing concepts. Glad you enjoyed the video. Thank you so much for watching!! 😍 -Cathy
I enjoy your videos, thank you! I realized that I forget to like videos sometimes so I apologize for all others that I've seen and neglected. Thanks again!
@@LevelUpRN I'm on my 6 month recovery rn. I never thought that would happened to me. I'm a regular Cyclist for almost 7 years. I miss my hobby. Wish I could go back to it right away. 🫥 I feel great rn, I had 2-3 month rest from my work. I will not forget that event but I moved on already.

Can appendicitis also happen as the result of sudden impact trauma, in this case from getting a swift kick in the groin?
Yes, trauma can lead to appendicitis… although it is not very common.
