    To my knowledge , I think lesion below L1 Or L2 doesn’t determine the UMN lesion or LMN lesion . If the corticospinal tract is damaged at a level , there will be UMN sign at the level of lesion and LMN sign below the level of lesion!

    For some reason, the low and high for hypotension and hypertension, based on where the injury is on the spine really helped. XD Sometimes it's just the simple stuff.

    Dont rely too heavily on a medical doctors physical examination. Theyre more about prescribing medication, that generally doesnt fix anything, than they are for a thorough exam.
