    I eat raw red cabbage and grass fed beef every day. I love eggs, raised hens for eggs for 17 years. But I never felt particularly good eating eggs. I don’t doubt that eggs are one of the most complete proteins one can have. However, my concern lies in how eggs are used in labs and what affect they have on the viruses that most of us carry. Do you have any advise regarding this concern? Maybe it was my other eating sins and not the eggs at all. Although I improved when I stopped eating eggs, I miss them.

    • @joshuaj.aguero2225
      @joshuaj.aguero2225 10 месяцев назад

      Something being a good substrate for growing viruses in a lab has nothing to do with it promoting viral infections in your body. By this metric all fresh foods would be good for promoting bacterial infections. There is a grain of truth to this (that’s why it sounds good to people and why the idea spreads), but it is pointing at the need for safe food handling practices, not dietary restrictions.

      @@queenhawaii4577 Sorry to hear. I’m happy to say that I am feeling better now. Don’t get me wrong. I have days where I might eat a trigger food (coffee for sure!) and I get that nagging burning sensation in my stomach when I do, but I will tell you what I’ve been doing. I bought Doctor’s Best PepzinGI with Zinc L-Camosine and I take 2 tablets every morning on an empty stomach. I also bought Enzymedica Gold digestive enzymes and I take one with my nightly dinner. (I intermittent fast in the morning any very lightly in the afternoon so dinner is my biggest meal which is why I take it then). All seems much better now. Less days of suffering. The betaine hydrochloride was not helping which makes me think I have/had an ulcer. I hope this all helps you and I wish you the best. Keep me informed on your progress. Sending love and healing prayers your way. ❤️ 🙏🏻

    • @KickingIt-In-the-Kitchen
      @KickingIt-In-the-Kitchen 4 месяца назад +1

      This can be fixed. Change up your diet and look for food sensitivities. You need to reduce stress, drink water, watch the foods you eat that trigger you. Give your body healing time and remember to get your sleep at night. Most acid reflux can be fixed by losing weight, fixing diet, reducing stressors , caffeine and being more optimistic. Prayer is key as well. Always go to a doctor and don’t be so quick to take medication, see if you can fix the problem by eliminating foods and not eating a few hours before bed. Your body is asking for healing. It might need a break. Chew your food and don’t overeat. Good luck my friend. Many people have this issue due to the SAD diet, standard American diet.

Hers2 negative. My doctors don’t seem to have any knowledge of nutrition. They said don’t take anything but allowed me to take vitamin D. I read recently that cancer cells live off glutamine?
