Funny story, I bought that card for 1 dollar at a card shop, submitted it to PSA a couple years back (i was into the card for a total of 9$ out the door (1 doller purchase, 8 doller bulk grading) and i sold it for 473.00!!!
So mad I found my collection of SI kids cards in binders and sure enough I had the Mia Hamm card! Only problem was when I ripped it out of the magazine as a kid, it took a chunk out of the blue boarder section. After looking at others out there, it wasn’t worth grading so I sold it raw for $110. Still good for a random card but man if only I was slightly more careful cause the rest of the card looked great! I got Matt hoffman and Deon sanders graded from that set. Hoffman got a 7 and deon sanders got a 9!

I have that Alonzo Morning gold RC looks to be in great shape it's been in my junk shoe box for so many years lol, I'll try to send it in to PSA or somebody to get it graded.
Why do people still submit to and believe in PSA? It seems every day they have another debacle. I see PSA 7's re submitted and get a 10! How is that possible with a reputable grader? People waiting a year fro returned submissions, and they do not care what they do. I look on Ebay and see PSA 10's that would be an 8 on other grading companies, why would people want a slabbed card that is a 10 and off center with chipping edges?
These early 90s multi sport videos are great. I collect mainly NFL football cards, and do cross over to non-sport, usually psa and collecting since mid 90s. The Geo. Bassett Co. I can tell you they are a candy company and those soccer cards would have come out of sweet cigarette packets, candy sticks resembling cigarettes. I have a few of the Monkees cards from 1967. Geo. Is an abbreviation for George, aearch shows the brand sells candy, but owned now by Cadbury. Ryan Giggs played soccer for Manchester United for many years and was a top player, i guess by the price he didn't have many early rookie cards.

You're amazing at finding info not readily available, could you prove or disprove that the 89 griffey rc was still being printed on 90 through 92 paper stock? If you could get to the bottom of that you would be like a God amongst men

The Beam Team cards are found in the box sets. Very rare to get one.
