Thank you so much for this video. I am so sorry that this year has been so tough for you and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Sending lots of love,
Ms. May. I 'm praying for you for total healing. God is a miracle worker, and He can do all things. Take care of yourself and get some rest. Your fan club is here and praying.
So sorry to hear that you've been struggling. Happy to hear you are getting better and are surrounded by a caring village. Praying for you to continue healing and adjusting to your new lifestyle.
So thankful you got answers about your health. Please keep taking care of yourself. I will miss your Planner and your videos, but you are more important than all of those things!! Thank you for shining your light!! You are a blessing, my sister in Christ! ❤❤🙏🏼
Praying for you and your mom to get better 🙏 My boyfriend also has genetic diabetes (but type 1) since he was a teenager. He got a two week course at the hospital initially so he'd learn how to manage with the insulin and all. Right now he has a mostly normal lifestyle. If you want and feel comfortable, we could set it up so you talk to him either through email or a zoom call. We'd love to help in any way we can Miss May! I've been a subscriber for years and you've given so much. Time to give back support ❤❤
You are such an inspiration! Even as you face challenges, you are still encouraged. Oh the goodness of God!!! I will be praying for you, and remember that All things will work together for your good!!!🙏🏽❤️
So glad to see you, but saddened to hear all that you went through. Thank God for keeping you in His care. He takes great care of His children ❤ Get ALL of the rest of your body needs. Even in this you are teaching me an important lesson...I'm going to the doctor on Tuesday🙏🏽#Health first.
Thank God you went to the hospital. You listened to the Holy Spirit's prompting, instead of the incompetent doctors. I'm glad you are recovering. I pray for your peace, provision, and healing. God bless you!
Take care of yourself! I’m so happy to hear that you are surrounded by so many wonderful people. And you have such a supportive admin, coworkers, and parents ❤
Praying for you! but I have similar symptoms and I’m going to have my dad take me to urgent care tomorrow. I’ve been teaching for a year and half and that’s when my symptoms begin. I feel like the stress of the job is weighing on me. I feel bad but something has to give.
I am so glad that you were able to find out what was happening and now can make the changes you need to get on the road to recovery. God bless your co-workers and families for being there for you.
Glad to hear you are back but I am sorry for all of the challenges that you have been facing! It has been quite the year! Looking forward to more videos!
Ms. May, I am so sorry to hear you’ve been going through this! I’m thinking of you and hoping things get better! I’m so glad your mother is on the up and up! ❤ Also, I have news! I’m teaching first grade now! I got moved to a different school in my district and had to change grades, so exciting! Looking forward to seeing your content again, and using all of your resources! Again, thinking of you!
Goodness!! I’m so sorry. I sure have missed your videos. I’m sorry you’ve been through so much lately. We will put you on our prayer list. ❤ I had gestational diabetes and I know what you mean about sleeping! Oh it was so bad. I would eat and go straight to sleep. I had no idea that was one of the biggest symptoms of diabetes in ladies. I would boil chicken with broccoli and other veggies and seasonings and that wouldn’t make my blood sugar go too high. But the real key for me was exercise. I would walk after every meal and first thing in the morning. That’s the only thing that would keep it normal. Also lots of water seemed to help me feel better. My daddy had type 2 diabetes. My biggest lesson from him is take it serious and eat right and take care of yourself. My daddy did not. He ate junk food and energy drinks. Ended up on dialysis and a whole list of health problems and surgeries. ALL that could have been avoided if he had took care of himself. He ended up dying very young and admitted that he had done it to himself. 😢 You may also want to google the Paleo diet. I had to start that several years ago because of autoimmune issues. I also have done some juicing. Thankfully all my issues with that are gone now and my last physical was perfect! It really matters what you eat. ❤
It is so good to see you. I will pray that God will give you wisdom on how to care for yourself and continue to surround you with people who will love and support you. I will also pray for continued healing for your sweet mama. Your family is so amazing! It is good to hear them "fuss" at you because they love you and care so much about you. You are a true blessing and encouragement. You always give God the glory no matter what. Continue to press on and know that He is with you and will never fail you. Blessings and hugs to you!
I had a similar experience and it was my blood pressure as well having that support system is a true blessing prayers for a speedy recovery and well wishes for you and the family❤
So glad you got a second opinion and someone listened. So sweet that your ap chose to stay with you. Take care of yourself first. The other things here can wait.❤️
Thank God for giving you discernment! I'm so glad you have answers with your health. I'm believing God that you're on the other side of this mountain! 🙏🏾
Glad to hear you and your mom are ok! I got diagnosed 5 years ago and it was a complete shocker! Glad you listened to your body! God bless you, you will get past this and be healthy in Jesus name!
I am so sorry for all you’ve gone through, may God’s comfort and healing be yours. Keep trying to take care of yourself. I went through so much after my first 6 years of teaching with autoimmune condition, having to change my diet etc been trying to cope and currently on my 15th year of teaching. I think teaching can really wear you down if you are a dedicated teacher who is really concerned about your students and it’s so easy to overwhelm yourself without even noticing cause you are accustomed to being active. Hope it gets better with each day. My prayers going up for you. Blessings
Greetings, I’m so glad that you are feeling better and adjusting to your new set of circumstances. I know God is with you! You are so inspirational! I pray for your rest rejuvenation. 🥰
Oh my goodness. I am so glad you listened to your family and went back to the hospital you wanted to originally go to. We know when something isn't right. I can't believe that other hospital saying they don't worry about blood pressure until 200. 😮 I am so thankful you are feeling better and on the mend. 🙌🥰
Take care ! You have been such an inspiration to me and so many teachers Thanks for sharing about your family. You have been though such heartbreaking events ..keep trusting in God and take care of you.
Oh, Miss May. I'm sorry you went through all of that. I have been there, sick parents, sick me. I actually collapsed in my classroom and had to go in an ambulance. But God is a healer. I am so glad you're on the mend. BTW, Cinnamon has been known to help maintain blood sugars. Maybe you could try that. God bless you. 🙏🏾🫶🏾
I'm so sorry to hear that you collapsed in your classroom. It's sad and it's scary what this job can do to us. I pray for God's will to lead me in a new direction. I appreciate your support. ((HUGS))
Hi! My family has diabetes run in the family too. My mum was on track to get it but she changed her diet to be plant based whole foods. She watched a few documentaries - one being Forks over Knives and that kind of kick started her journey into how nutrition plays a role. Another person on RUclips - Barbera O’Neill is amazing and Christian too ! Soo my mum has avoided diabetes so far and she’s 61. Also my husband and I went plant based whole foods and it really has helped my energy as a teacher. But the key is defintely getting the right amounts of foods to give energy and cover the vitamins you need etc I hope you feel better and get stronger and stronger. A tough year! May God bless you and give you HIS peace into 2025 ❤️ Heidi 😊
Miss May I am praying for you. Being a teacher is so hard. People forget we are human. You have been through a battle. Lean on Jesus. Take care of yourself. ❤❤❤
Thanks for sharing! Remember God has you covered and He will never leave you nor forsake you! You are a living testimony of God’s glory! May God’s Spirit continue to empower you and strengthen you! God Loves You and so do WE! Blessings to You and your Family! ❤
Thinking of you! Praying for you as you navigate through this. Please keep us updated. If you find helpful tips and tricks through this, will you share them with us? ❤
Can you speak with your doctor about getting you in contact with a registered dietician to help you prepare meals to help you with diabetes? I hope that your mother will continue to live a long and blessed life. I lost my mother unexpectedly two weeks ago, and so Thanksgiving and other holidays will be different without her. Give yourself grace if you are not able to post many videos due to all of the challenges that you are experiencing. Take care of yourself and always remember to tell your parents that you love them. Every day that we wake up is a blessing.
I’m so glad you are doing better! May the Blessings of the Most High continue to saturate every area of your life ❤
