Rick, we are now 1952 Topps Larry Doby clubbies! Your copy looks fantastic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐May you and Jay have a fantastic time in Ireland! I appreciated your message at the end, my collecting brother! I am honored to know you! 😊👊
Great addition to your 1952 Topps collection. Always a pleasure to see Phillies. Let us know how you make out with the Del Ennis. Have a great trip with the misses to Ireland. I consider you a friend in & out of the hobby. 🤝. Excellent points about not doing it solo in the hobby.
Gave a video like. Nice Doby! I agree, friends in the hobby and having fellow collectors to share your passion with certainly makes it more fun! I wish you safe travels and will keep you both in my prayers. Hope you have a wonderful time in Ireland!
Very nice cards. None of my friends even know I collect cards. My family knows but have no idea of what I have including my wife. So finding this RUclips community was really good, making friends and seeing/showing our collections. Somebody who has same interest and understand what these pieces of cardboard mean.

Thanks for the kind words, Rick! We feel the same way about you, my friend! Congrats on the pickups! You're getting very close! Enjoy Ireland and be safe.
A trip to Ireland will be great! Nice to see your ‘52 Topps pickups, Rick. Matt Batts is one of the greatest baseball names of all time! Glad you’re enjoying collecting more than ever now with good friends in the hobby.
Hello Rick, great video. I LOVE yours pickups ! In my opinion any 1952 Topps Baseball card is a piece of Art ! The good side about RUclips is too share his passions and collections with others guys. My family and friends don't care about my collections....😀. Before the Pandemic i did a tour of Ireland, i loved it ! Thanks you for sharing and All the Best.

Hi Rick. Really nice 52 Topps pickups for your set. You are so correct in how wonderful those guys (Billy, Chris, Jason, Tom and Brent) are. I've spent some time with you also at Strongsville and the National, you are also a wonderful person and I'm so thankful to call you a friend of mine. This community is the best. I hope you and your wife have an incredible time in Ireland and I'll look forward to our next meeting. Talk soon my friend.
Very nice video Rick. You are making great progress on your 1952 set. I hope you and your wife have a wonderful time in Ireland. Safe travels Buddy. // May good and faithful friends be yours, wherever you may roam. May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, the rains fall soft upon your fields, and, until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hand.
@@concretebuddy59 That’s such a lovely Irish Blessing! It hangs on the wall in our family room along with a giant framed map of Ireland! I need 33 more cards to finish my run to 310, and I know you know who 311 is! Maybe someday! If I can get the low number commons I’ll start on the minor stars next, then the big ones if God grants me the time. In the meantime, keep collecting!
Rick you are the best and don’t need to change a thing! Awesome pick ups for you 52 to set my friend. I must be a green Cobb magnet. I got to drive to lunch with you right after you got yours at Strongsville and now I got to watch Chris pick up his copy. Pretty special stuff my friend.

Love the Granny Hammer. Overlooked player, who was a three time all-star. Was, of course, a whiz kid for ‘50 Phillies, who lost to the Yanks in the World Series. But not because of Hammer’s performance who batted a blistering .429 for the series!
