I love all your video. Especially when you talk and have English subtitles that make me more understand and very helpful what you are showing, teaching as I am a beginner nail tech. I am very thankful and very appreciate very much. Send you love and hug :)
I came across your video, for beginners acrylic tutorial and I was so happy because you explained it so well . Now I have to confidence and courage to do it on my girls . 🥰 thank you 🙏🏽
I really needed this video. I'm ordering a nail kit to do my nails for my bday to save me some coins and I feel more confident now. I pay attention to the techs that do my nails I just needed the perfect bead. Thanks so much!!! New subscriber
I have a question how do you avoid cutting your clients cuticles whenever you’re drilling around that area I don’t know exactly what I’m doing wrong if maybe I am over cutting cuticles whenever I’m doing the nail prep is that the reason why I’m cutting whenever I get to the last part and I’m drilling around the cuticle because they’re already so sensitive what do you suggest I do differently thank you in advance
I'm also learning but I was wondering I have a problem with my nails like the skin from the bottom of nails it doesn't let me cut them shorter..like from the front looks like long and like a i could cut more but no so when I use acrylics it looks bad but now that I'm doing it on myself it's so frustrating..I just had one client with that same problem..she also said the same that acrylics on her don't look nice just the overly on the same nail or shallac on the nail..
I got a full "Acrylic nails for beginners starter kit". Complete w nail forms, acrylic powder dip, base & top coat/sealer, etc. (supposedly everything you need is included). I have good quality clippers & file. Purchased a pro drill set (that includes different inter-changeable bits). ~I thought I had all tools needed to get started~ *BUT... my kit DOES NOT come w COLORED acrylic powder... all the tuts show ppl creating their initial nail shape w light or clear acrylic, then using a different colored acrylic powder for their finished nail color. QUESTION: After applying my initial acrylic beads (& finishing my shaping by sanding w drill, filing, etc) can I paint over the acrylic nails I've created with regular nail polish? Then finish by doing another coat of my same plain acrylic on top, followed by the clear sealant top coat? Skip straight to using my sealing top coat? OR, do I HAVE to go buy a color acrylic for my nail color??
QUESTION during the process of applying the bead and shaping it after wiping your brush off every time during that one bead are you dipping the brush back in the monomer then continuing to shape the bead?
Your French manicure is so beautiful and I love the square and how short they are but still so very elegant.. can you show how you did yours!? I feel short nails suit me better with my hands but idk I always wanted to see what would really suit my hands you know? Shape, and size and length
is nail dehydrator really necessary before putting the acrylic? or does one only need primer? Also I am a beginner and was just wondering if you have any advice because when do my nails 4 days later the cuticle part of the nail starts to lift a little. Like when your hair goes through the cuticle part of the nail. Any advice?
It's necessary for any nail enhancement as your nail has excess oils which oil causes lifting and lifting can cause fungal infections because of trapped moisture and bacteria and if it is lifting you're getting way too the cuticle or you're not prepping the natural nail properly as you need to push cuticles back aswell as trim them up with nippers if you have too much as well as remove any excess skin off the nail plate , file with a 240 grit file , cleanse dirt and debris off with some alcohol , dehydrate wait 20 seconds then apply a primer and await till absorbed then continue with tips and the choice of acrylic or gel
@Maryam He both are necessary in order for maxium adhesion as your nails naturally produce oil acrylic and gel will not adhere to a nail that hasnt been primed or dehydrated for dehydrator you can just use 91% rubbing alcohol and you can also buy monomer that already contains the primer but if the monomer doesnt already contain the primer then you have to buy a separate primer
If you are worried about cutting someone with your drill bits season them just like a hand file, turn your drill on and go over the edges with a hand file.
Honestly I love natural looking nails I dont ever do designs or nothing except a tiny rhinestone on my ring finger. This is my all time fave and I also always do short square/ coffin nail, exactly like the nail tech's nails. Back then for a simple and plain 'acrylic' color (nothing else) just a color was 25 to 30 dollars . now for something simple like this in a short version thou they charge 50. Now IDk if this is a light ombre or what but everytime I get this super clear pink and no other color. Am I getting ripped or is it fair?
I’ve seen a TONNNNN of acrylic application videos and this is by far the smoothest & cleanest one so far 🥺🥰
