You did it in a new way. Is it taste ? You have added ginger garlic paste ! No oil .
Tempering with garlic, inguva, oil, mustard seeds, other ingredients make it more tasty ?
It is tasty even without oil.
You can even add the above tempering as said.
But this is going to be very tasty and healthy .
This is a best option for the one who don't want to use oil in their daily life.
There are two more pickles in my channel by using oil you can even watch that.
