Nice Video Ron and keep up the good work! I just came back from a month's visit to Pattaya and I am planning to go back to Thailand early next month (Sep.) I am planning this time to stay for a long time 6+ months and will use my future condo in Pattaya as a "hub" to leave my things in while touring Thailand and the region. Hence, the smaller space condo would suite my needs well. Can you please provide an email or a contact detail so that I (and others) can explore this opportunity further? My Best,

What an amazing condo Ron. do they rent out for a two week period. My wife and I are planning to retire soon and we are coming to Thailand in January to check things out. Just trying to find out as much information as we can.
Great video but all I can say is that you need to improve your camera and also get a good mic for clear audio...If you can invest in these 2 things then the video quality gonna skyrocket.
Hey Ron. If you buy the condo, how much would you have to pay every month for "housekeeping"? If you would buy an Eigentumswohnung in Germany you still need to pay Hausgeld.
Hi Ron, nice condo for the price. How's Jomtien? How long are you planning to stay in Thailand? Are you on a long stay visa? We're retired and interested to move to Thailand so doing a bit of research :)
I love Jomtien, with its beach-focused lifestyle, great food and its very affordable. I have the Thailand Elite visa and staying here 3 months this time. I might also move here next year. Retirement visa is the best option for long term stays here :)
Hello @easybrz, I asked the same questions for many months but since I have decided to actually stop dreaming and take action, I invested in a trip last month to Thailand (while the weather was still reasonable) and checked things out personally. My impression after one month was very positive about everything (85%) of the time. The only negative observations were: traffic, some smells (some locations only) and language (minimal English is spoken). You will get used to all of these, don't worry! An initial desktop research is important but I would recommend making a visit to see yourself. Remember the people you ask these questions come from different backgrounds and cultures so their needs/expectations are also different. You should jump in and judge yourself. If I am in Thailand (Pattaya) when you decide to visit, I would be happy to meet over coffee. Good Luck
