Ryan Adams has been my favorite artist since 2001 and this version of this song is probably my favorite song of his ever. Just freakin awesome.

I saw RA two nights ago - what he did with Dirty Rain went even beyond this version, thanks to some incredible lighting..luckily I videoed that song so I'm going to try and upload it
I saw them play in Melbourne at the Forum the other night & they absolutely nailed this song. Well, they nailed every song, but Dirty Rain live was a highlight for me. Fucking eargasmic! He also played some of his older stuff too and finished off playing Sweet Carolina as a duet with Jenny Lewis. Best damn live performance I've ever seen. If you get the chance to see Ryan Adams play live, don't miss it!
