    Hayley is a beautiful lifter and person. And she can save her lifts very well. Your drills are very good in that you're making accent on feeling the athlete's own muscle work.
    There's one principal thing though that I would think of adding to your drills, as a professional Feldenkrais practitioner; and one particular inside the one principal

    This is the best Oly technique dowel I have seen. Rouge has a PVC and I just can’t see paint $50 for a PVC pipe. Thank you Coach for providing such great tools where us working stiffs can afford to buy. ***** ⭐️’s

    Awesome as always. Do you have any drills you could recommend if the bar is moving behind the head too much on the catch, pulling me back onto my heels.

      Don't rock back on your heels when you fully extend. I had the same issue, feel your feet during the pull.

    I have to laugh whenever I see anyone do the " hop/stomp" when doing the snatch b/c your not going to see anyone pull 115+ and jump to push up & overhead it's absolutely horrible for the ankles, hips and spine the psi it push on the body not good
