It's a pretty ugly looking uchi mata in my opinion. I don't think one should be able to get ippon if one drives one's head into the mat in the process. Kosei Inoue's was much nicer.
I wouldn’t say he’s diving his head into the mat. His pursuit of generating as much force as possible has lead him to rotate in this way and continue pulling all the way until his head touches the mat. Insane flexibility as well
