Nice video brother. I've always & will always be a gr8 fan of the peugeot 406 V6 particlarly the 2005 model before I even went to secondary school. Despite the car being 23 years old, I see the Peugeot 406 as a modern Peugeot 504. A unique machine worth owning with an outstanding & reliable performance & always ready to serve its owner at any time possible.
I am a Peugeot enthusiast from Finland, and i love hearing about the 406 from all over the world. I have yet to own a 406 but it is definitely on the list of cars i NEED to own, i currently own a 1997 Peugeot 605 with the turbo 2.0 liter inline 4 engine that is mated to an automatic. I would love for it to have a manual and especially that generation of v6. The Peugeot 406 is my attainable dream car.
Hello. Good to hear. The 605 is great too. Some of those also came with the V6 and Manual Transmission too. If you can find a 406 V6 mated to a Manual Transmission in great shape, do not hesitate to buy it. It's a gem and extremely fun to drive.

I have a 1999 V6 406 Coupe with factory manual transmission. I use it as a daily. Very reliable and a pleasure to drive. It bottoms out fairly easily on speed bumps in the city. I have to work out what to do about that. But otherwise, Pininfarina styling - an absolute gem.
I know those. Fast and Fun. You're lucky yours has a Manual Transmission, people with the Automatic have to live with transmission problems. And the Automatic transmissions on those cars limit the engine's power.
For the Suspension issues you're having, have you looked at the shocks and struts? I will look at those first.

I think the struts and shocks are in good condition. They are finely tuned Peugeot originals. Just have to live with the fact that this car is a low riding tourer. Not a 2020s SUV - thank God for that.

@danielwalker2613 it's because the hot sun here deals with the steering wheel. The covers help cover those going bad, or preserves those that are still okay. Thank You for watching.
