Everyone is different but I think it's easier to start a second language at a different level to the first one you're learning. For example I'm learning German at C1 level, Welsh at around A1 maybe A2 level at a push, and I want to learn another language at beginners level. I think it's easier to do it this way because then you won't get mixed up as much. :)
That's what I've seen lots of people say in the study community on Instagram, Twitter etc but it's really up to you! If you want to start a few at the same level then go for it! :)
