I legitimately was professionally lost in 2022 and found this channel while doing research for new career paths and fell in love with the TA industry. At the time I found the channel, I had no experience at the time but still managed to land something at the beginning of 2023. After a ROCKY year, I’m employed as a recruiter at a company. If you want a channel that will help get you there, this is the one.
I was unfortunately in a car accident last year that has limited my mobility to continue my career as a golf professional. During this difficult time while recovering I have been lost contemplating my future career goals. I've always been highly eccentric and enjoy engaging with multiple students of all skills levels. After a friend recommended recruiting as a possibility, I discovered your channel. I look forward to learning as much as possible in this industry. Thank you for creating this!
I'm a chemical engineer and I was on the job hunt for most of my senior year. I've had decent interview processes and I've had some pretty bad ones. I'm currently trying to get my fiancé hired (also a ChemE) and sending him job openings that come in through my email and LinkedIn. I think I may enjoy working as a technical recruiter, and I'll keep educating myself and find some entry-level/part-time recruiting roles.
Good information. On Indeed, when you are ready to schedule an interview, is it best to use their interview tool or your own Calendy that you have already set up when you send a message to the Candidate on Indeed?
I am about to start being a R.O recruiting officer. I don't have any idea. All I know is that the Manager of this company sees my skills as a good communication specialist. From what I have read under comment section this is the right channel to learn and be the best!
I am currently a cna I have an aitistic 5 year old son I'm trying to find a new career path I would love to become a recruiter I could work from home and be able to raise my son I have no experience but I really want to go this route I'd love to help people get the job they want and better thier lives. The problem is I have no idea where to start
Thank you so much for sharing this valuable information. I have a question, how much you charge a client if you find them a guy whose salary will be commission based only, no base pay? thank you
i just started as a recruiter, they give me a job or 2 and all i do is try to find someone interested and who meets the requirements, then if i do i send that person off to my boss and thats it, but i am having so much trouble just finding people for the jobs, any help?
Tomorrow I'm going to subscribe to your freelance recruiters community on VIP mode. My concern is if I refer a candidate and he gets hired, how do I get paid? I'm from Uzbekistan, Central Asia

Enjoy the content though, hopefully this doesn’t stem into coaching classes and other things that cost money. Thanks for sharing
