The problem is, water is renewed after every-time we flush. so we cant use bleach. If the water was stagnant, bleach would've helped. Also we dont regulate the water flowing in the flush pipe, so its hard water. we cant use soft water either since that will mean wastage of precious drinking water. So best thing is to just clean regularly. This time you can just add water and citric acid, no need to remove parts and clean.

26 degree par rakho. Garmi lage toh fan 1 ya 2 ke speed par chalao.
