I have an issue I got to calculate the password but after that it just puts me back to the menu to choose the type of Eis it doesn’t write a key file can you give me some tips on why it isn’t working

Hello. When you make bench repair on w169 eis, the Key (After the bench programming) must rotate into the eis? I make bench eis repair on w169, all keys lost, but the eis wont turn. Red led on the Key Is off when i put in eis
