    Cornflakes is possibly the worst breakfast....it is a completely processed breakfast cereal. Better to have oats or indian breakfast like idli, pesarattu, daliya/oats upma.
    Also never have fruit chaat....always have 1 fruit at a time throughout the day empty stomach. Coconut water too should be had by itself, not with fruits.

    Yah kaun sa diet plan hai chai ke sath Pani ,cornflex ,mango ka achar ,kon khata Hain.aur itna bada bada bowl dekh kar to mujhe dar lag raha hai main itna khana Bina diet ke bhi nahin kha sakti😅

      U should always appreciate other's efforts...she must have consulted a dietician,b4 starting this diet plan.
      Although this is absolutely right that cornflakes r not v healthy thing to eat...it consists lot of corn starch, sodium n sugar... basically it's a heavily processed snack.

      Ritu, you have correctly pointed out the food items which will adversely the impact weight loss. She has already at her desired weight and fitness level, so it's fine for her. However, another factor is also true that if someone deprives themselves of food flavors that they love, then that diet journey is set for failure. In case you didn't notice, she had been eating grain free - Salad kind of meals for most of her day. So a satisfying midday meal with all food categories and her favorites make sense, if she is determined to be consistent

    Cornflakes processed food … diet kya yeh normally bhi nahi khaana chahiye.
    Content banana hai bolke kuch bhi karlo bus …. Ghar pe aur ek insaan hai jisko diet ki zarurat hai pehle wahan dhyaan do 😐
