Thank you! The network setting reset seems to have worked for me. This problem has been driving me mad for weeks. Fingers crossed it stays working. ETA: I had to turn off mobile data as it put it back on for me and I only use the wifi.

if your power goes off, computer equipment reverts back, to probably the date of purchase. mains I mean, it can do this, during storms. Another thing is temp pw's erase because of anti virus security issues, authentication and security reasons. Sometimes you have to be content with just partial history, downloads history too, when this happens.!! Windows is easier to sort than Google Android stuff by the way!!

Just fixed the same issue with my galaxy note 10.1, too. Hadn't used it in a few months and had this problem. I noticed the date changed to 2012, but never thought correcting this would fix the wifi problem. Thanks so much to the poster for helping us solve this so easily.

Thank you so much I was about to cry because I'm connected to my internet but when I use my online apps it kept on saying no internet connection so I tried every method I could find on RUclips and it still didn't work😭 so I thought my phone was broken like literally because my little sister drop my phone the day before it happened you know😭 So I'm really thankful🤗!!!! btw my problem was the date and time as simple as that hhahahaha.... I was happy that the issue with my phone isn't serious but im still so thankful ☺ Plus if I didnt find this video I would have thrown my phone into the trash can and have this deep hatred towards my little sister by now so thank you 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗♥️♥️♥️♥️ Out of all the video I've checked this didn't give me a hard time to do it.

@@MaxHere1st probably because I had recently reset it to factory settings and I did not think that it also would reset the date and that this was going to be a problem for the WiFi... But works now, my kids are glad I can say 😉
