It's so good to see your videos again, 2019 was feeling empty without them! I'm also a huge fan of of aviation, so seeing the display aircraft was cool. Thanks for the amazing consistency and detail in your work. Another top class production 😁
Was wondering how you where doing, haven't heard of you in a while, your welcome I hope you learned something. Thank you.
@@SurvivingArchitecture January was perhaps the busiest month in my life, and as a result I missed your first videos of the year. But now that things have settled down, I'll be sure to watch all your videos from now. I did learn some new things. I like how direct your work flow is. It's fast and makes explaining things super easy. As always, take care, and I know the next video will be even better!
I hope you are okay and im glad its all sorted now, Thank you very much, you take care too :)
Keep me updated in emails ;)
The best! Binge watching all your contents ♥️

@@SurvivingArchitecture soooo
is it Dema?
I don't know what you mean?
This is so concept board ready. Wow. This could really help thesis presentations
Thank you very much my friend. What is youre thesis about btw?
Surviving Architecture um... i am still in my fourth year hahaha. Next year hopefully xD But I am planning on doing a school. The study? Kinda not sure because the teachers haven't revealed the theme yet.
Oh okay hehehe, that sounds good, oh okay i dint know its a theme in UK we get to do whatever we want it just needs to be architectural related.
Thanks for explaining it in detail i really needed this. right now i cant use either lol
I know alot of people wanted a bit more explanation so i hope this helped. Dont worry when i started architecture i didnt know it either.
Great video!
Thank you for commenting.
That project looks so cool! It reminds me of Daniel Libeskind work which is clear that you are inspired by :)
Thank you. His projects just blow my mind so i always use him as inspiration, which architect do you like the most?
you are so much of a life saver
Thank you so much
You are my life saver! I'm a cad user though it's because I'm used to cad than Revit.
Thank you for saying that my friend :) I was the same but Revit is not that hard honestly it has many same features as AutoCAD.
Amazing work 👏 SUBSCRIBED.
That's great and welcome to the fam!! Let me know if you have any questions or requests and thank you for watching!
very nice work i am happy thanks a lot
Thank you, glad I am able to help.
Thanks for this channel
No worries my friend :)
I must say. Am following a lot of tutorial videos about architecture but yours is the easiest and most relatable. Am an architectural graduate and am soo sad these videos weren’t part of my studies. I wish students have an elective where they’re shown these videos, its going to help them much more than anything they’re taught otherwise. Why don’t you start an online class and reach out to universities. Start a survey for a few months whether or not its useful for students and then make a career out of it??
Thank you very much for saying that. That is the exact reason I started this channel, I can see that I am helping other students and professionals and it brings me great joy knowing I am helping. That is a good idea thank. I will make sure to see this idea through. Thank you for your comment :)
you really seemed bummed about that grass and hill heheheh it made my day i listened to it like 5 times hahahahah
Well i might have been exaggerating a little LOL im glad to have made your day, you guys commenting always makes my day too.
Wealth of information of beginners.
Thank you for commenting and watching :)

wow man.!!! from where did u get all this talent...from now onwards I m huge fan of urs...keep teaching us like this...thank you so much for such videos!!!
Oh wow thanks for such a nice comment! And thank you so much for watching 😊
Woww i like,
Thank you so much!
I really love your detailed video! Its clear and right to the point. Thank you! Also did you create your sections from CAD? Or REVIT?
Thank you I'm glad you learned something, I used AutoCad, what do you use?
I use autocad too! But i want to learn revit... i heard it's more convenient and efficient than autocad
It Is a lot, if you do your building you get you're sections elevations and perspectives and even construction details so it's very efficient then AutoCad lol
Very nice thx
Thank you!
I hope... You are make fasade in arsitechitecture with Photoshop
There's one already on the channel! 😊
Btw nice work...keep it up
Thank you!
Im a cad user because that's the first program that I've used to do floor plans and stuffs.... tho I am planning to try revit because I heard that most professional firms prefer revit than other CAD programs
Hello, my friend. That is true even in my current internship they mainly use Revit, Sketchup, and Photoshop. I hope this helps :)
i see a lot of people commenting on your voice only just i realized how lovely it is heheheh, high quality render, just wanted to ask where do you get your software from? im a CAD user.
Hahahah that really made me laugh, thank you so much, the university gives them free for us as a 3year license as my course is 3 years but after that either firms give it to you or i will buy it my self.
@@SurvivingArchitecture Hi..where you studying and which course? Noticed you said as 3year..But in our country B.arch is 5 year course. Please let me know the details
Its great video, thank you for your channel. It is really helpful and I love your works. Can I just ask you to make the mouse movements in the video a little less slow? Although watching by reducing the speed of the video, it is very difficult to follow.
Okay thank you for the tip but I have decreased the speed and I have to think of my followers who are a bit more advanced, happy to know I can help :)
On my final project this semester I need to have learnt how to make such sections, 😢.
كاد ....وعليكي العافيه
Thank you very much :)
where can I fine different types of hatch for rendering in photoshop?
I use CAD for sketches and early plans, but then use BIM (Revit) to create a Model with subsystems
I think that is the best process honestly. Do you render after in Revit or other mdoeling softwares?
@@SurvivingArchitecture I don't like revit render at all, I use Lumion, and if I need a super high quality render I use 3D Max
🌹👍🏻
Thank you for commenting :)
Make more videos on sketchup vray rendering and post production because more people like that and one more thing in sketchup vray ies light of vray with ray setting so it will be grate and also for interiors and by d way nice work
I have a video where i did a clay render on vray through sketchup and took it into photoshop i hope that will help. Thank you.
@@SurvivingArchitecture link that video I'll find but you have upload many videos so didn't find
ruclips.net/video/b-4YNl_6fNg/видео.html I will create an updated video which shows V-ray.
Wow such a speed !! I just couldn't follow you
You can slow down the video in settings
where do you get the people from is there like a specific video or just google? Can tell that this was a big project i bet youre happy its finished hahahh
My next video will be 'how to learn architecture' which will include many ways of collecting images, text, details all kind of stuff so keep an eye out for it :) oh yh i really enjoyed it tough, Thank you
Thanks you so much ....I love your channel ......Is it possible to ask a question? ....Where are you from and In which university do you study the architecture
I am Syrian but i grew up in Saudi Arabia but a few years ago i came to the UK and i study in Wolverhampton University. What about you? Do yo study architecture?
@@SurvivingArchitecture Yes I study architecture in Egypt ...and I'm proud of you being an Arab ... I wish you every success .... and I learning from your videos...keep going
That's so cool, I wish you all the best too, I'm glad I'm able to help you.
You are good
Thank you so much!
@@SurvivingArchitecture when you preduce this video did you was sick in flue???😂😂😂
Hmmmmm I can't remember. I would have said in the video if I were hehehehee
Which is more better to render? Sketchup Layout or Photoshop?
I think rendering with sketchul is important to get details such as window frames, eaves, balconies etc, but you also need photoshop to maybe make it a bit more realistic by adding trees, people, cars, textures etc. Hope this helps thank you.
@@SurvivingArchitecture thanks :)
No worries :)
I enjoy all your videos, only wish you went a little slower so I can learn your Photoshop skills. BTW Revit all the way. Time factor is the key.
I am planning to a render soon and have it play only 2X so you guys can understand and I will be talking over everything I do.
I love you
❤️❤️
I love your voice ❤️🌹
Thank you so much! ❤️
Surviving Architecture are you arab ?
Hey, I was wondering where I can get all these programs for free as a student? I've got photoshop but I'm also looking for other programs like CAD for example. Would really appreciate your help. Thanks!
Autodesk provides free license for students to use its software such as Autocad.
When i import cad pdf file in Photoshop. The quality decreases too much.. Whats the solution
Please explain what happen between 4:16 to 4:25
I am a SketchUp user. I do everything in SU then export to AutoCad. I know it is inefficient. I am just used to SU more.
There is nothing wrong with using SU especially if you can render using Vray, if you use SU Layout you can get them in a presentation layout with a tittle block. It would be nice to see some of your work im planning to do a critique video soon and i can give feedback to you through the video.
Surviving Architecture omg this is scary hahaha I have shitty designs and plans but sure xD Where do I send one?
Oh come on dont say that im sure there amazing. In the description on any video there is my socials and email but here it is , dont forget to call it 'critique my work' : survivingstudio@gmail.com :)
Hi Surviving Architecture, Do you have any videos that show us how to import PDF file from CAD, Revit or Sketch Up into Photoshop for rendering? I want to make sure I have done everything correctly. Thank you. Have a nice day:)))))
I've just uploaded one for you! 😊
@@SurvivingArchitecture Amazing. Thank you:) You are very good in what you do. Keep going:)
Thank you. Just finished learning this video from you. Have a beautiful day:)
Nice work. can you share or send me the psd file so I can follow you? thanks!
Thank you for watching, Im really sorry but i cant since its for a Uni project im not allowed to send them to people my apologies again. If there is feedback i can give on your render just send it to me on email il will reply asap.
@@SurvivingArchitecture no problem :) thank you
Rhino over cad or revit
I need to try Rhino. What's your opinion on it?
@@SurvivingArchitecture a way more powerful tool with all the plug-in options like enscape, vray, and grasshopper as well as the ease of pulling drawings straight from a model and into another program do to the amount of save options
@@kylesylvester5635 I've heard great things about its modelling so I'll have to try it. Thank you for your input!
Where can i send my work?
Email: survivingstudio@gmail.com
please provide the material with video !
Thank you for watching the video, but due to it being a University project I can not share the files :).
Not file but materials
All materials that I have used such as the section background, sky, windows have all been clearly mentioned in the video.
@@SurvivingArchitecture ok ok
can you teach me how to photoshop?
There's plenty of photoshop tutorials on the channel so I don't know what you mean.
Are you fine.....seems like you have a cold...
Uhmmm maybe I did I can not remember hahah.
Sorry to advise that you are practicing your brilliant in doing this Job but nothing to train new users.
Im revit user
Got any tips for beginners in Revit?
Revit
I'm loving revit at the moment. ☺️
why did you hang planes in there... :)))))))))))))
Its an aircraft museum (hangar)
@@SurvivingArchitecture thank you very much for the reply... Big fan here... 😊
is too fast
Try reducing the speed in the video settings
are u girl or boy,, i'm kinda confused by your voice
What makes you think she's a boy its clearly a girl her name is Rasha....
@@artdray1015 ow okay..im new in this channel so i dont know her name..
Hi, I am a girl and my name is Rasha Shrourou, welcome to the channel
@@SurvivingArchitecture thanks!! btw nice video and a very helpful one :D subscribed :)
Glad you enjoyed :)
Why showing too fast? I can't even learn anything from watching this video, moving too fast
I apologise for that! You can decrease the speed in the video settings if that helps.
