    Great video! Quick question, is there a reason why the paint bucket painted outside of my elevation? I assigned a background layer and a lines layer and made sure to paint the background white within the background layer...

    • @bruniarchitecture
      @bruniarchitecture  3 года назад

      Thanks! Im not sure if im getting your question right but I would make sure you are on the line layer. Then select the area you want to paint using the magic wand tool. Then select the paint bucket tool and click in that area. It should only paint that confined area you selected. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching

    Applying the gradient to add the shadows, how do you add multiple gradients at once? Every time I add one gradient and move on to the next, the first one deselects/disappears and I'm only left with the one I'm currently applying.

    Really enjoyable video. I have just imported a building elevation pdf in photoshop but the line thickness is to thick. The result is there is a gap between the textures when rendering. What pen thickness are using on your imported cad drawings?

    What is the ideal line weight to set the whole drawing to? I tried before looking into the tutorials and I used bigger lineweights...it looks bad due to those lineweights.

    • @bruniarchitecture
      @bruniarchitecture  4 года назад +1

      I usually use .13 or .15 line weight for elevations like this

    should we delete the line layer to make it look more realistic ?

    • @bruniarchitecture
      @bruniarchitecture  4 года назад +1

      I usually leave it, but thats just my drawing style! If you delete the lines all of the layers/materials will look separated and probably wouldn’t look that great

    • @bruniarchitecture

      You need to rasterize the layer then you can edit it. Right click on the layer in the layer manager. See minute 4:30 for reference
