- The Hampton University Museum's most well-known and loved piece, "The Banjo Lesson," is stunning -- but it's just one of many impressive works by African-American art in this collection. Dr. Vanessa Thaxton-Ward invites us to see the collection and discusses some of the more modern highlights.
We truly should beautify our hood, with small museum s,like this on our hood
point of order the camera man kept showing the painting which they continued to make reference to Henry o Tanner "Banjo Lesson" but actually the image they kept showing looks like a George Hunt guitar piece just want the proper credit given check out the video in the beginning each time they would make this mistake.
