Lovely reaction from three lovely ladies, thank you. One of the ladies said she likes Judas Priest - BABYMETAL performed with the lead singer from Judas Priest (Rob Halford) at the APMAs, an awards show in the USA, in 2016. The sang the Judas priest songs 'Painkiller' and 'Breaking The Law' together.
Thanks for this reaction. Combining cultures is 1 of the things I really love about Babymetal. It's not just Japan and Sweden or different European cultures embedded in the song and dance, but also Japanese sub-cultures of pop and idol and kawaii culture with the worldwide sub-culture of metal. Let's remember the basic melody of this song came from Ievan Polkka (an old Finnish song) which was used in the Japanese vocaloid sub-culture in music through it being the most popular Hatsune Miku meme and thus spreading around the world in Internet sub-culture. Levan Polkka is also a song and melody a number of metal bands have used, most of them Finish of course. Examples include: Korpiklaani Ievan Polkka and the Andromeda Ensiferum.

Welcome to the Foxhole and BabyMetal's journey 🦊🤘🔥 Sucha lovely and knowledgeable ladies, you're about to discover a wonderful world with these girls or young women now, they're not so famous in Japan like some Jpop idols and groups but they're famous enough to get a fanbase and also the enough success to be a global phenomenon around the world gathering a huge fanbase. They love to have fun and do collab songs, recently they released a new collab along with Electric Callboy, a Germany band, in a song called RATATATA and is making everyone go crazy. But don't think they're doing easy choreographies when dancing at all, this song was one of the hardest to get in sync and also one of the girls (MoaMetal) injured her feets when practicing this. Talking about Rob Halford from Judas Priest, he sang along with the girls back in 2016 the songs Painkiller and Breaking The Law at APMA awards, they really had so much fun when doing that. BM got the bless of many metal and rock legends as well respected artists from pop and all around the world. Anyway hope to see you next time with more BM songs.🦊🤘🔥
They surely seem to have global fanbase as I find these nice comments like you. I was surprised when I was told these ladies were fans of hard rock. Let me work on BM more and I hope we can get to BM fans sometime later again. Cheers👌👍
