    Very helpful! I will note that they started putting a dab of glue inside the battery connector so avoid pulling the wires to the battery now!

    excellent video even if it confirmed my suspicion that the RAM for this model is not upgradable....i assume that if it were possible to perform a home-solder job on it you would have said so.....out of curiosity, why would Lenovo--or anyone--manufacture their computer in this way? i fail to see how it would benefit them to do so?

      Yes, it is a very good one. I purchased one with a Core i3 12th gen processor and 8 GB ram for $260. It works flawlessly for daily use.

      I'm using the r7 5700u 16gb version of this for university (engineering). It's working perfectly so far.
