This is quite literally perfection. So raw and yet so detailed, if any band are to be compared as the beatles of their time, it's these gods. If it's not broken, don't fix it. And this is not broken.. This BROKE.

Jack Stackhouse well said mate. The combination of Noel’s god like songwriting ability, his solo guitar playing, his own great voice (backup or lead) along with Liam’s one of a kind unique powerful voices and their innate Rock Star quality makes them one of the greatest bands ever. Some question whether Noel is on par with Lennon and McCartney, but I say yes. Who can write literally 100’s of incredible songs over 30 years and can continue to create and crank them out at 50. He’s a musical genius and Liam will always be one of the greatest front men ever. It’s a shame today’s generation don’t truly know Oasis. But then again they were really the end of a 50 yr true rock n roll error. Yes there are the foo fighters, KOL and Coldplay but they don’t really fit in that last iconic ending of rock n roll bands. Now it’s just solo artists and me me me selfie kids wanting solo fame and X factor, voice, idol. True geniuses don’t want to form a band, go on the road, stay in struggling dumpy motels, have drugs sex and rock n roll and write about those necessary experiences to finally get discovered. Now they want to sing a cover of another famous artist and have Simon make them a world wide star by Friday:(

The sad thing is that they are compared to the Beatles, this wasn't around in the 60's. Yes, Zeppelin had the rawness and the technical flawlessness in their beginnings but this was well and truly the rawness of the 90's and cannot be compared to anything that came before it. It was perfect and will remain timeless as it ages, just like the masters of the 60's and 70's.

James Wright well said James. Those bands were all timeless classics in their own decades. Who knows, maybe true rock n roll (bands) will make a culture comeback one day but right now it seems to be all soloists and hip hop singers.

@@betacall9634 let's not forget that all those great band came from the people after hard social times. Rock'n'roll, such as hip hop, is a social expression. So I keep faith there is some talented and angry yound lads out there that will smash it in the future, in their own way, cause it's a human natural thing imo :)

one of my favourite songs by oasis. It's fucking punk rock combined with classic brit pop.

If Indie Rock and Punk Rock Magic had a baby it would Be Oasis, Chills the first listen, and every time after that, Long Live Oasis.

    When I was young
I thought I had my own key
    I knew exactly
    What I wanted to be
    Now I'm sure
    You've boarded up every door
    Lived in a bubble
    Days were never ending
    Was not concerned
    About what life was sending
    Fantasy was real
Now I know much about the way I feel
    I'll paint you the picture
    'Cause I don't think
You live round here no more
    I've never even seen
    The key to the door
We only get what we will settle for
    While we're living
The dreams we have as children fade away
    While we're living
The dreams we have as children fade away
    While we're living
The dreams we have as children fade away
    While we're living
The dreams we have as children fade away away away
    They fade away away away
    Now my life has turned
    Another corner
    I think it's only best
    That I should warn you
    Dream it while you can
Maybe someday I'll make you understand
    I'll paint you the picture
    'Cause I don't think
You live round here no more
    I've never even seen
    The key to the door
We only get what we will settle for
    While we're living
The dreams we have as children fade away
    While we're living
The dreams we have as children fade away
    While we're living
The dreams we have as children fade away
    While we're living
The dreams we have as children fade away away away
    They fade away away away
    They fade away away away
    Fade away away away

As with their other b-sides from the time, it's better than most band's best song. Absolutely fucking storming version, Liam untouchable

The people who clean up these audios make sure the audio looses part of the sound
Digital music, is not same as audio, and one would assume 1995 it would be an audio recording
