Nice and detailed how to video. Please make a review video.. I would like to know how it may affect daily driving. I use spherical bearing suspension arms on my s13 and no problem, dailying.. except for my spindles.
Kash Korazon no need for a review video bc the PCI sphericals work very well on track or for daily driving. I noticed a more precise turn in and better road feel on the track. Also, better on track traction & tire wear bc the sphericals maintain a more accurate alignment.
new to hondas but watched a ton of vids and did my own entire rear end swap on my 93 jdm dc1 teg with doodoo drum brakes to a dc2 gsr with abs. everything looks kosher except the trailing arm bushing removal. why would you press it out- outside in? the TA is obviously chamfered.. i simply whacked mine from the inside out and it came out easy.
#1 I’ve always been taught using a hammer instead of a press can ruin your interference surfaces. No doubt if you are using the PCI TA bushing. it doesn’t matter bc you won’t be using the interference surface. #2 The instructions from the Schley follow my same method. #3 There’s always a better method and perhaps you found it. Thx for watching and commenting. Welcome to the Honda club. Pls subscribe. Thx again, AJ
Very well explained. Why not torquing the nuts/bolts with your suspension preloaded to prevent damaging the bushings while dropping the car to the ride height?
Turn in is much improved and steering is much more precise. You really can't go wrong w sphericals. You can order all PCI parts thru my website www.shoprelentlessracing.com Pls email me if you have any questions. thx again for watching. - AJ
Javier teggy And that’s why I always use anti-seize on exterior suspension hardware regardless of the bolt head type or bolt finish. I will say this tho the PCI Allen bolt has a very high quality zinc coating to prevent corrosion. Additionally, stripping Allen bolts can be a function of the tools u r using. I always choose the shortest Allen socket possible and prefer the Snap On Allen sockets bc their tolerances r much tighter than their competitors. Yes, they r expensive but I bought mine used. In fact, I’ve heard this same complaint for S2000 propeller shaft Allen bolts. For some reason these Allen bolts are always over torqued and or rusted in. My Snap On Allen sockets haven’t failed me yet
Tec 2000 sorry I didn’t see your comment until now. U can definitely daily drive this setup. Running sphericals allows for more accurate suspension movement while your shock and spring handle the ride quality.
🤣 One of 2 things happened… 1st guess: the pin was corroded to the housing. I have a California car and we don’t know what corrosion is. 2nd guess: if u have the parking brake engaged it is very difficult to remove the pin. Which situation do you have?
@@RelentlessRacingAJ yup The top of pin was rust welded to the parking brake real tuff. I just took it out a couple minutes ago. I live in Alberta. Corrosion city😂
@@ashkanmahouti858 called it!!! LOL. Clean up the pin and the housing and b4 u put it all back together, apply antiseize liberally. Need more PCI parts or other race parts? Lmk and check out my eStore www.shoprelentlessracing.com
Thx. I believe it’s an Eibach, but don’t get caught up w what I’m running bc if ur car isn’t setup exactly like mine then it won’t work well. What’s important is testing the vehicle on track and tuning it to ur liking. It’s a long process and it has to b done at all the tracks u frequent, but it’s worth it in the end. Btw, if u don’t track and this is for style points, then forget everything I just wrote and buy whatever attains u the most style points. 👊
@@RelentlessRacingAJ only track I’ll be doing is 1/4 mile runs but my car not finished yet it’s a long over due project in process lol I bought her as rolling shell and build her from ground up motor fully built for turbo and all she came without a sway bar so didn’t know what size to go with and would like one in red to match my front one.

Yes, these can be driven on the street. There is a small amount of compliance from bushings, but for the most part ride quality is a function of your springs and dampers.
Joseph Stankaitis it drives very well on track. There’s a very noticeable difference w steering and suspension movement. Yes, I installed the front camber arms and sphericals. My setup is very simple and it’s been quite effective. In fact, I’m leading my racing series this year. Check out my IG for more details... @relentlessracing Thx for watching and commenting on this vid. 👊👊👊
HaterHurter sirG345 these sphericals work well for street or track applications. Since these are spherical there is no compliance like a hard bushings... meaning the sphericals don’t flex like a bushing. When the bushing deforms ur suspension geometry chgs ever so slightly which effects ur car’s handling capabilities. With sphericals there is no flex and this allows your suspension to work as it was designed. Road feel is much better and turn in and exit will be more precise as well assuming u have a good alignment.
Just 1 First, Thx for watching and commenting on my vid. Second, I have a very simple setup on my DC4 and the PCI sphericals make all the difference... better steering feedback and excellent turn in. FYI - I get hook up pricing on PCI... DM me on IG @relentlessracing if u need anything. 👊
