I agree with your point about positano mixing authenticity and luxury so well. Thanks also for sharing such amazing artwork with us. We will have to get something from our next stop in portugal. Always like when you are visiting little shops or an art gallery. It’s like looking through your eyes. Or shopping along with you. Also like your comments on art. The best wine i’ve been drinking was also Italian. But I guess yours was still a level better. (At least budget wise.)
We will make sure to do more of that then :-)! I don't think that good wine necessarily has to be expensive. Of course wine will be better the more expensive it is, but the difference between 50€ and 500€ isn't proportional with the quality, I'd say :)
well, like most places in Europe the view is amazing , but hotels are bad and expensive and the prices wow, I can bet that botle of wine costs like 40€ in the supermarket and there you pay extra 100€ for the view, thats life. Next time you are in Portugal buy Quinta do Vale Meão .
I don't think you can get that bottle in the supermarket when it's from 1993 :D! Maybe in a vintage wine cellar, but I agree with you that the prices are ridiculous. We can all thank the exponential tourism the world is seeing. Will try Quinta do Vale :) Thanks for the recommendation!
