I haven't had any luck, almost wrecked once because they weren't wiping when I thought they should. I'll ask my dealer about it on my next service, maybe they'll have an answer. Thanks for watching and commenting! Stay tuned.
Enjoyed your video as I recently got a 2024 GMC Sierra. I have the same question about the rain sensing wipers. What I've found so far on my own is turn up the intermittent wiper band on lever on left side of steering wheel and then it seems to increase speed as needed depending on volume of rain.
Huh, interesting and thanks for sharing. I will check it out next time it rains. It seems to me it shouldn't be so difficult you know. Thanks for watching, commenting and stay tuned!
Thank you for this very informative video. I have a 2023 High Country 1500, and I tried to go to the quick start-up option in my truck, but it doesn't have that option. I wish it did.
Thank you for the feedback. Interesting, is yours a refresh truck by chance? I think the refreshes started mid-year. Thanks for watching and stay tuned for more!!
Yes, it has the same screens as yours, but it does not have that option to turn off the quick start. Another note, I had a 2019 LTZ with the 6.2, and it was a beast. The 2023 I have now has the new 3.0 Duramax LZ0.
If it’s completely off it won’t work, have to turn it to the first twist for it to work and they come on their own from what I have known on my 2023 Tahoe LT
Hello. You have to have the wiper switch on to the first position for rain sense to work. The more you move the switch from intermittent to low wiper speed, the more sensitive the rain sense will become.
I didn't mention it in the video but it did occur to me and this is purely a joke. If Apple designed it, it would have far less bugs....lol. Seriously, thanks for watching and commenting. Stay tuned for more!!!
@@bigtmane8 love it man. I haven’t flinched over how much it cost like I have in the past. I slightly regret going with black but the grey was to light for me in the High Country with all the chrome. I’m not a chrome fan but it looks good against the black.
@@GeoRides114 Nice! I'm not a chrome fan either . Probably the only thing I don't like. But I have the dark grey. I'll be on the lookout for new content !
Great video, thank you for sharing. I bought my truck used about 5 weeks ago, but for the last 3 days my infotainment has been asking me to enter a pin, which I don't remember setting up, and the myChevrolet/OnStar PIN does not work. I have been on the phone with OnStar for almost 3 hours over the past 3 days with no results. I have tried the reset on the steering wheel, the safe mode “reset”, but nothing works. I need a factory reset. Do you know by any chance if there is a way to factory reset the system? 2023 Silverado 1500 LTZ. I have been to 2 different dealerships but have been ignored right at the door waiting. Must be a macho thing towards women?
@@Charly3Fit geez, I would think Chevy would be able to give you an easy solution. I’m sorry I don’t know of a factory reset method with the system. I do appreciate you watching and commenting, hopefully you find your solution soon!
Nice video! Just to confirm, I think you mentioned that you can share your phone’s hotspot to your truck (so you don’t have to pay for a data plan for the truck)?
That is correct. If you go into your settings, select connections then Wi-Fi Networks you should be able to add your phone's hotspot to it. You just have to go back in to reconnect every time is what I found. I don't connect every day though so it's not that big of a deal for me.
Rain sense works, have to turn it on the turn signal once to turn on

Thanks for the video!! This infotainment system is powered by Android, and me being a android head, it's so nice for us! Seamless android integration!
