Nice explanation brother! I went with the MaraX v2 in black and maple instead because I am the only one drinking coffee at home and don’t really need an overkill duo boiler machine but oh boy was I tempted! Here in the USA the Lelit Bianca may be considered the best bang for your buck. Definitely a great choice for most people. I can’t agree more, Bianca and in my opinion the MaraX as well are beautiful and make a great conversation piece and maybe to show off a bit when guests come over 😅. Eventually I’ll add the Bianca flow control kit to my Mara and I guess at that point my life will be complete 🤣. Cheers!

At the 3k price point for e61, you dont have many choices outside of chrome boxes. Adding the B+W versions was a great way to separate themselves again from the competition.

Definitely a beautiful machine that I may acquire one day. Wonder if Lelit will make a black and white version of the Elizabeth, maybe with a bit nicer steam knob.

Try use the 4 tip, maybe you are born to be a fast driver.
It is basically steam pressure going out you just need to slowly understand and manage your angle.
