3 Varieties of Chips recipe by Chef Sunder | Potato Chips, Banana Chips and Bitter Gourd chips

- This video shows how to make chips at home. We are making 3 varieties of chips using Banana, Potato, and Bitter gourd.
Each variety won't take more than 5 minutes to prepare. The important tip on these banana and potato chips is maintaining the colour. it can be done by keeping the slices in the water until it gets fried. And most people would not prefer this bitter gourd because of its bitterness. But these chips is an ideal dish for those who hate bitter gourd(they'll like it)
Here are the ingredients for these 3 varieties of Chips
Potato - 1kg
Raw Banana - 3 to 4 nos
Bitter Guard - 2 to 3 nos
Gram flour - 4 tsp
Rice flour - 2 tsp
Asafoetida - ½ tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
White Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
