Listening to your teachings, I discovered how important it is to know about physiology to better practice, and then learned about the otoliths in the head, which allow us to sense acceleration. My question concerns the exercises practiced in systema: from what I see, the control of tension is much worked and the exercises are often slow, but to really feel acceleration, a minimum change of speed is needed, which I am not 100% sure is permitted by slow exercises. Are they enough, and if not, do you have specific exercises on the topic of how to feel and control acceleration ?
I've struggled for years so understand how to do a pushup without tension. Unfortunately, there's not a systema teacher near me to seek help on this. Simply the act of trying to lower or raise my body brings tension. Is this likely from insufficient muscular strength for my body size or a misunderstanding of the technique?
I don't have the strength to do pushups in the full pushup position. Can you get similar results from pushups on your knees or some other modified position?
Strat with the pushups you can do and then do them on the feet but only lowering down (not coming back up but rolling to the back and getting up over the side). Soon youll do proper pushups! Best wishes!
Is there a possibility to do pushups with your "soul" and which your physical body will follow? and also make your "soul" so big that strike won't come inside? (can't explain by english language because it is very very simple) Can your movement come through the space by controlling your "other" bodies rather than physical? Thank you for your answer master ❤
