I used to think you need a lot of hard-to-find ingredients to make the Taiwanese beef noodle soup, but the more I make this dish, the more I realize how versatile the dish is and how much you can play around with the ingredients you have at your disposal. This is my cottage edition. It’s not only delicious but it’s the ultimate comfort food to share with family and friends.
