honestly i feel bad about giving him brain damage over time, but its the only way to do the boss fight...
I used to feel bad about it 20 years ago. Until now when we find out that he gets a kick out of getting hit lol.

For the record, Flurrie's Gale Force has no effect on the Whacka bumps. I've tried.

However, Vivian's veil is very useful because Whacka needs to take damage to attack. Use veil to dodge the onslaught and Whacka will have to self damage to recharge the bumps on the free turn. Attack with Mario and repeat.

Whacka became the bully after he was bullied for over 2 decades.
Kinda has Undertale genocide route vibes, making the player question how "evil" they're willing to be if they REALLY want to see absolutely everything the game has to offer
Undertale makes a better point of making you _feel_ evil and sick of your actions… in this game its just a _whoopsie 🤪_ lol
@jackatk The Whacka doesn't even seem that upset about it, he just seems a bit sad at worst.

theres also a different reaction if you use bobbery on him
Koopers shell also has a different one I think
I believe there is also another reaction for jumping on him instead of using your hammer. Could be wrong there. I know for sure bobbery and Koops give different reactions though.

I moved back and forth between rogueport sewers and finally got the mail. To be more precise, moving from the room with pipes leading to other areas to the rogueport plaza
@@Betabrawler so basically go back in forth for it. I hit him. 7 times he dose not come back up and jest go up the pipes lots of times till get the email?
