Unconscious bias: How to identify and manage your hidden assumptions.
This isn’t a session to make you feel bad about yourself, although there is some discomfort expected. It is a discussion about how our minds work, and how to interrupt the normal daily thinking processes that keep us seeing the world in the way we have always seen it. Acknowledging and disrupting our innate or unconscious bias leads to open minded thinking, more creative process and better understanding of differences. A serious topic but there will be plenty of laughs along the way.
