Since everybody is talking about Yandere Sim, I’m going to as well. Yan Sim has been in production for FIVE YEARS and he still hasn’t changed the models. He cannot sell merchandise of a character (Yan-chan) if he doesn’t even own the original character base. Anyone can go to the unity assets store and buy these, edit the hair and sell it. What I’m saying is that he needs to make models a priority. I do respect the game and it’s developer but there are so many things that are unfinished and sloppy.
Weird thing is, I feel more attached to these default characters from a few minutes of this video than original characters from waiting for a certain game to finish for several years.

I'm 14 and I'm able to make a better concept for a game than Yandere Dev. ...at least thatd what I think :|
Yandere Dev's game concept isn't bad, that's why people were excited about it and why people stayed despite the time it's taking for the game to be done. Anyway, I think his concept and yours are very different genres, good in their own regards

He didn't even bother to recolor or put any extra accessories on Satomi to make her Raibaru. She's just deadass Satomi Makise. At least with Honoka/Info-chan he put glasses on her and with Aoi/Ayano and Taichi/Taro he made their hair and eyes off-black. "Raibaru" isn't even recolored. She's just a different name and a bit of Glitter put into a preexisting character Alex doesn't own the rights to.
What well done models. They are very well optimized and even if they are a bit heavy on polygons, compared to some other models. Sakura school simulator is a good example of how to use these models properly. Yandere simulator is a bad example of how to use these models properly. Taking a non profit unity asset and recoloring the hair isn’t original, and claiming the design as your own is illegal. This model is meant for sandbox games, and or short story games.
